Usually I'm fine with 6.8-7. Maicon is the number one RB though.

Worryingly, I've just searched for AVBs AvR over the past 9 seasons it's been below par. 6.5s mainly. Still, I like to see myself as someone who supports players and not criticises them... only until January when I can attempt to shift them.

It was mainly the frustration at it happening. Mind you, I did the same with Anderson and Schurrle... about to let them go to Resistance for 50m, then sold them seperately for slightly more... even if RM99 did manage to rip a few people off with it.

Doesn't help having such a limited talent pool though TBH. Half the players unsellable, the other half unbuyable. Of them all, I would've said LeytonOrientForever started off with the strongest team. Mind you, I have a mentality of hanging on to the best players, even if stupid prices are offered sometimes.

When he saw me put the Cavani/Drogba on for LeytonOrientForever to confirm he went and tried to make Leyton change his mind.

Offerred 40m plus Benzema, then I saw your post saying you wanted a poacher like Higuain or Cavani... then I tried upping my bid. That is how an auction works isn't it?

I did kinda hint at Cavani when you came in for Maicon, De Jong and Benzema. Big, pacy, agile, all rounded player... Cavani is the only for me that hits that description... definately wasn't talking about Andy Carroll...

I wasn't on when alot of the transfers kicked off. Not to mention when prices are all over the place.

Yeah but I was talking about when I posted it for confirmation, you went back and tried to get him even though we had an agreement.

I thought you were on about Drogba as he was the only player in my squad that fitted that description at the time.

Most of the time I couldn't keep up with the thread. Not really had that much chance of negotiating anyway. Not saying I didn't try a last ditch offer, but at the time he mentioned your offer it was too late for me to do much about it.

Just seemed to me at the time that he took one look at Drogba's name, one look at Nasri's name and put accept offer. Think things could've been slightly better organised in terms of transfers.

Meh, whatever... things have been done, best to hope I get two killer player packs (when the last three transfers are sorted) and hope my tactic doesn't throw a curveball... doesn't seem to be working like I want it to. Was built about set players of which I didn't get any anyway. M'Vila was missing for a start But anyone with a good passing attribute would've done there. The striker role wasn't exactly built for anyone other than Cavani anyway. Those tactical issues might be due to the ME limitions but still see people get the stats they desire. It'll work with Benzema I'm sure, just not as well as it would've done with Cavani.
