discussion How can i improve this team? Wigan

also need a tactic which helps me beat the big teams as i cannot seem to find a winning formula against them?i need players that will help me qualify for the champions league next season, finished 4th last season but im 7th now 3 points off newcastle who are 4th. I got put out in the group stages by Valencia and Bayern but finished above apoel to get into the europa league. i want to have a real go at the europa league this season so can someone give me a tactic?

I use this formation with a very fluid philosophy. My advice would be:
As Arsenal i played Wilshere as an advanced playmaker (attack) in a central mid role as he has the stats to move forward with the ball. I think it's a waste to have him just doing killer balls. I have Veratti for that, as i trained him. I always play with 1 Inside forward, Gaston Ramirez on the left. I like to attack so i have quick centre backs, Neuton and Rafael toloi.

Also, how many of your players ACTUALLY speak English? They probably don't understand eachother very well. I had that problem last season, replacing 9 of my first 11 for foreigners. I also trained Carlos Fierro to place shots
