competition [Competition] Custom League - FOREIGN TRANSFERS NOW, PM ME YOUR BIDS -

Hey guys. I haven't seen a competition like this yet so I decided to organise one.
If could leave a name on what the League could be called that'd be great! Maybe the Neoseeker League?
Here are the rules and how it'll work:
STEP ONE - Picking your team
1. There are 20 spaces available.
2. You can pick any team from any country.
3. You are allowed to rename your team but cannot pick the players, you must add what team you would like it to be based on.
4. You may not pick any team with Worldwide status but they have to have at least National status.
5. Your application should be put in the comments and look like this:
For example
Club - Newcastle United
Renamed - Soccerking United (If you want to rename the team)

(The first 20 applicants will get a place, but there are 5 reserve spaces incase someone drops out but they will be in order of who applies first)
STEP TWO - Transfer Rules
1. For the first part of the transfer window (called League Transfers) you may only buy off teams in the division, all team will be added to the bottom of this post.
2. The 2nd part will be called foreign transfers, you have to private message me 5 players you would like to sign and how much you're willing to bid from your remaining budget. You may bid for less players if you wish but no more.
3. You may offer swap deals in LEAGUE TRANSFERS NOT in FOREIGN TRANSFERS!
STEP THREE - Collecting Results
1. I will post screenshots of everyone's results and the league table afterwards. I will sometimes, maybe once a month add player stats of the league.

You need to explain better in your first post.

From what I get we pick a team and can rename that team.
All 20 teams goes into a division and we can sign players from each other.
After that we can send you 5 bids for players outside of the division.

What is our transfer and wage budget?

I don't think we get the players from the team we picked. I think they're randomly assigned from other teams depending on which number you pick.
