I lost one player due to minimum fee release clause. I didn't know it was there cause I had added so many clauses into his contract. I think once I am an established club, it'd be easy to negotiate contracts. lucky for me, due to the amount of playing time my young stars get. they lost Bromley as one of their favourite clubs.

also, I saw a lovely article about Bromley FC in my local newspaper. I will share it with you guys when I get home.

says it'll be done by Christmas. interesting to see how Bromley will be shaping up in the new FM. if this is being developed when the game starts or after the January transfer update the club might already have a 15 in facilities.

We'll have to see, just wondering though, how are Bromley doing? You got them to the Championship didn't you?

It's always going to be harder starting a league two as you wont have the development of the players like the rest of us had, so I would suggest atleast starting as team In the BSP and work up from there.

To my game, im 30 games into my second season where i got promoted first season and now im in the BSP and im 2nd only 2 point behind Fleetwood, looking to go top in the next couple of games.

Looking low on players but the 13th of March is just around the corner so looking to pick up a few good players then and push on for the league

I was more on about tactics, formation and instruction wise, do you guys keep it simple?

Yeh, I play 4-2-3-1 with all the tactic stuff kept as default. Only thing I would do is play your players in the position they prefer and the role they like to play (go on player report to see that)

started 4-2-3-1 before going to a variation of 4-2-1-3 due to a leaky defence. might have to go more adventurous because I haven't got a clinical striker.

if I get one in the intake (2 months) then I will keep the formation I have and move Kocer to AML.
