	yeah I hyad him on individual to increase first touch for about a year, and then took a break from it to increase his technique (14 to 16 now ). I've just put him back on first touch training. reed performs very well, but is a tiny bit injury prone. Not a lot, but he seems to pick up injuries - not sure it it;s because he's prone or just unlucky. He's currently out now for 8 months!! eeeek. That defender is AMAZING wowzer. 	ignition He should be amazing but I find he underperforms a fair bit especially against bigger teams, he gets destroyed against any of the top 5 so I rotate him with a different Right Back who I've had for 4 seasons or so who isn't as good stats wise but performs more consistently. Overall my defence is the weakest aspect of the team, if it wasn't for Ross and his goals we'd be mid table at best. Last season we conceded the 6th most goals in the league. Shame about Reeds injury. I always stick my strikers on first touch training for some reason to get it as high as I can. 	Just had our highest ever attendance of 27,310 in a league game against Liverpool..at Goodison Park of course. Btw, you people in Premiership, your players look absolutely awesome. There's no wonder I'm really struggling in comparison when you've got players like that! Hope mine will keep improving and reach a similar level.

And then there's Toase (the best player ever) who will be in my Champions League team whenever I make it whether he is the best player for his position or not. 	Only played that Liverpool game (which we lost 1-2) since my last update sooo, currently 12th for now but will keep dropping. Just looked at the league salaries.. Spoiler:League Salaries Certainly saving money there! City's top 4 players total wage is more per week than my whole squad for the year!

	Haha, yeah I refuse to give into any demands for a new contract. Managed to keep everyone happy still. Only time they get a raise is when I'm forced to at the end of their contract. My highest paid player is only on £1,400p/w and I have an important first-team player on just £190p/w My transfer budget this season is at 24mil (despite the fact we've only just made it to a positive balance). Making good money now though with profits of 2.7mil last month so hopefully will be able to upgrade youth facilities at some point.

	1,400pw. Ross is on 84 grand a week. At somepoint you'll have to give in, I just try and view it like I'm using what I would normally spend on signing players to pay the wages so it's not really costing us anything. 	I do give in eventually when it comes to offering players a new contract, I just don't do 'til it runs out, and I always make sure the contract is as long as possible. A lot of players complain, some multiple times a season but I always win the conversations

	Hey guys, am I allowed to start this i the future without boosting my stats via the editor? My club is Fimleikafelag Hafnarfjardar. I am currently in 2022 and have won the 2 previous Champions Leagues. However, i have always wanted to win the Champions League with a homegrown team. My youth facilities and training facilities should already be decent, (with me being in 2022) I was just wondering if this was okay and if I could post in here? -------------------

	aletie999 There's nothing stopping you bringing your youth through at the club you're at but the point of this challenge is to bring a team of youth up from the BSS or BSN with all the financial troubles of being a small club and then win the champions league. Starting as a global giant is a big different. There is someone else playing (I forget who, sorry) who's save is in the future and to do the challenge they quit and took a job in the BSS and started the challenge like that.
