i have after six years finally taken Tonbridge Angels from the Blue Square South to the Prem, the only problem is its looking like i wont stay there. The last three seasons i have had three promotions using the same counter attacking 4-5-1, however i dont think my players can carry it off against this level of player. My squad i would think is the worst in the league, the fact my cb's are a 34 year o;ld roger johnson and matt partridge, a former reading youth ive had first team since the conference says it all. the only players i really signed were adam clayton, james morrison, glen johnson, elmohammady, and scott loach. does anyone know a tactic that is best used only for survival, really cant afford to go down. i have 12 points from 12 games, a 3-0 hiome win against everton, 1-0 against norwich and a 2-0 away win against bottom club reading, but i have bveen outplayed in the majority of games
