Rhodes has just moved to West Brom this season, so I've no chance of getting him. I want Wickham because he can play on either wing, is young, English, and has the correct attributes.


OT: What a shit match tonight.

EDIT: Finally signed Wickham. Signed for £15m. £5m up front, £5m over 48 months. £2.5m after 20 appearences and £2.5m after 20 goals. They also get 20% of his next transfer fee. More than I wanted but since I've now sold Bueno, he'll become my primary backup/rotation for the front three.



Squad transfers are done. Not chasing after Ramsey because I've decided M'Vila is good enough, and Ramsey would not be worth the price.

Main starting line up will probably be:

GK: Reina (vc)
CB: Agger (c)
CB: Hummels
WBL: Bale
DM: Lucas
WBR: Vrsaljko
MCL: M'Vila
MCR: Wilshere
LWF: Neymar
RWF: Suarez
ST: Cavani

LWF and RFW are actually the wide AM positions but I've put them as WF positions because that's how they mainly play out.

I'll be able to test the squad in a competive match tomorrow when I play Spurs in the Community Shield.

I'm unlikely now, to spend any more money on first team players to improve... only to replace. Most of my transfer dealings will be with youngsters who I can either train up to be important first teamers or sell for profit.

I know they're only friendlies, and TBH two were against weak sides from Asia, but I've had some positive results from both. As the season winds on though, I might be more likely to chuck a few reserves into the squad from time to time.


My final season transfers screenshot will be uploaded when the window closes, because I'm still looking to either sell reserve players or loan out, but in terms of buying first team starters, I'm done.

My new stadium got Annouced rather small i hope it can expand rapidly from that number to something close enough to man utds.
The debt is going to be a bitch though losing 1.4mil a month to 2034

Match days

All of the games on my save for every league are on Saturdays and there are no Sunday or even midweek games anymore, does anyone know how to change this back?

Can I ask you liverpooljohn88 and harbin91 one thing that is off topic? What did you guys think of Biscan when he was in Liverpool? Was he any good?

Biscan was and always will be one of my favourite Liverpool players, can't really explain why really either lol. I'll always remember his final season where he was immense for us especially in the Champions League run. It's a shame Houllier used him as a CB/FB most of his time here because he was much better as a CM.

Nah, it's just that Houllier decided to use him as our back up CB so he very rarely played in his 2nd, 3rd and 4th seasons with us. Benitez came in and used him as a CM again and he played a bit more in his final season.
