A god! 10+ from midfeild is a huge bonus for any manager currently not willing to talk about a new deal however but he might be when my club turns pro which I hope it does now I am in the football league



Flores has done a great job for two seasons sets up alot of goals might be ok for League Two but I question if he can go further.



This guy might not start much next year but with 60 goals in 71 games he is the clubs all time goal scorer. He is my clubs top paid player so he may be off in the summer!.


The facilities are both down to 19 now but I hope we can start to make profit each month. The stadium has been increased to comply with the football league rules I doubt it will be a sell out though.

Need alot of good players in March if I am to push on further because so far only one player has broken into the 1st team that was not with the squad when I start the game.

Phoenix 360 - Yeah tbh, selling players at such a low level matters little 'cause at the very most you might get enough money to cover Youth Setup costs for 3-4 months and that's it, losing your best players in the process!
You're in the top division though so at least you have a chance of Europe if you can win your league!

Cadey5 - Appleton's just absolutely awesome. He could probably carry your team on his own at this level! He'll stay with you right through to prem & beyond no doubt..provided you can get him to sign a new contract of course..
But yes, now you're in League 2, you will turn professional so you'll have a better chance of getting him to sign but, he'll probably want a high wage! Personally, as it stands, i've not got a single player earning more than £6 p/w + £1 Appearance bonus, as all my players are from my youth

Had a good start in BSP with 7 points from 3 games.. Dominating possession so far too which is a surprise as i'm playing pretty direct! Hopefully can keep it up.

This isn't anything to do with the thread title, but it's somewhat linked, I think. Is there anyway I can see what my training facilities etc. are rated out of 20? I'm in 2018 now and want to see what my facilities are like. Any help is appreciated

You need to download FM Genie scout 2012 you can load your game up on that and search you club it will tell you how good your facilities are.

Cadey5 - One of the points of this challenge is to have to deal with things like that.. I started in a similar, maybe slightly worse situation than you and i'm enjoying it.. Granted you're a season further in than me but, you can't expect promotions and dominance every season..
Besides, small stadium really isn't a problem at a low level 'cause it never gets filled anyway.
Btw, you surely turned professional now you're in League 2 anyway haven't you?

Havent been posting here for a while but i'm starting my 5th season with Blyth and it's my 1st season in League One!



The upcoming season won't be too easy as i was force to sell one of my key players for the past 3 (and a half) seasons to Tottenham for £2.9m (50% of next transfer and a friendly).

These are my 4 biggest start who i hope will be able to push us even further towards the Championship!

As the result of selling Williams my balance is currently £2m which is an all-time high for the club! However i excpect it to go on red at the end of the season..
