I recommend playing a 4-2-3-1 formation. This is how I would line up. I say you need a better right back and a better CM. I recommend Gregory Van der Wiel and Ross Barkley.

i know i have never played as Man Utd but i am currently with Arsenal in 2025 and you don't really need to strengthen the squad that much cause the league is a bit of a walkover at the start.

looking at the first XI, you have a good team, just focus on backup players and younger players who can come into the team in the next few seasons.

Man Utd Legend, you said you were 13, so i'm guessing you're new to the game cause i was about 11 or 12 when i first started playing FM, or CM03/04 when that was out. so what i would do is read the game manual and you can see the best way to search for players, this was useful to me when i started and i found some really good players on the cheap. that way, you won't sign the wrong players and you can keep on going.

fair play mate, i've found success really easy this year with a set of young regens, and with such a strong basis of a team, you don't really need to invest. keep us updated with your save though
