error code 41

just wondering if anyone has ever had this message, when playing. i load up a new game the game runs fine and i manage to go through coach reports and the press conference, but as soon as i go to tactics, the game crashes. i get a message saying fm is running dangerously low on memory and will close now free up some memory. i have tried closing programmes on the task manager, defragmenting cache, reinstalling the game, running with smaller data base. turning the anti virus off. weird thing is i have enough space to play and its not like its an old laptop as i only got in jan, game worked really well then i turned on one day and randomly had this problem. sorry for the long message just missing playing the game. hopefully someone will be able to help
