download the file from the OP, then place it in document/sports interactive/ football manager 2012/editor data (might have to create this folder) and place the downloaded file into that final editor data file
Once you have it downloaded and placed in the right folder, angusu2 on the top of page 4 has shown exactly how to start the game using pictures.

players demand changes to reflect the wage budget, ie messi signed for man utd on one of my saves for 50k, to be honest there were quite a few bonuses etc, but most top players would sign for most team.

About Ac being relegated, its a bit strange as they often buy some world class players.

Only limit is like in real life, players arent always willing to go to rival clubs. Ronaldo and Pique refuse to talk to man utd and messi to real. thats why italian clubs build good teams, they can attract the majority or top class players, like in one save where inter had a front 3 of messi, aguero and rossi

I'm into October now so I've already got most of my team sorted, although I may end up restarting with a lower reputation and finances as it's pretty unrealistic. But adding a sugar daddy seemed the only way to give me a decent wage.

I've got players like Wilfried Zaha, Yaya Sanogo, Jay Spearing and Adam Lallana. So as you can see it's pretty unrealistic, but I've (unsurprisingly) won every game so far only conceding 2/3 in the 12 games I've played so far.

yeah you`ve managed to pick up some top players for a club like lincoln haha
