	Log in to remove this sponsored message ...and the mind games begin Man City lost their game against Man Utd 2-1 now 3 points clear after a 2-1 win against Villa, a daring move by me bring Andy Carroll back into the team, he did bleep all but we still won Downing is just running the show for me however, 17 assists this season he just dicks all over Bale. However Bale has 12 goals! plus a 7.55 rating. Man City destroying Fulham 6-0 hasn't helped at all with them gaining the upper hand in the goal difference. Hopefully their morale has died making it easier for me. Decided I want Samir Nasri in the summer also. Edit: Boom! Season over, in a 1-1 draw with Barcelona at the Nou Camp, Suarez is out for the rest of the season for 4 months with a broken foot.

	Decided to test my tactic with another team. Might see how Everton, Swansea (probably start again with them) or how the typical Barca team might fare with it. I'd prefer a team that would adapt to it straightaway with no need to buy players (or alter that much)

	Inability to find a suitable team to test my tactic is tempting me to make one, filling it with players that would fit the tactic, but aren't world class (i.e. 130-140 CA). I want a quite average squad, with players that match exactly what I want them to do. EDIT: bleep it! I've reluctantly gone with Everton. They're the only team outside of the top six, that matches my tactic... or in other words, not Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs, United or Liverpool.

	Regretting letting Dirk go now, Carroll has just broke his arm and I've only got Suarez as a striker. I just hope he stays fit otherwise I'll probably let the lead I had slip. The planned sales of Bellamy, Aquilani, Cole, Aurelio and Kuyt will hopefully the ease the wage bill, I'll be bringing in youthful replacements. -------------------

	sat 4th after 21 games with swansea ben arfa,sinclair,petrov,tomkins and vorm have been the main players for me but everyones played their part

	Suicide Messiah I think im having a clear out in the summer also, planning on selling the likes of: Defoe Doni (Release) Maxi Andrea Poli Raul Aquilani Bellamy (Release) Wanting to bring in Neymar, not had him on FM12 yet, and in need of a goalscorer. Neymar, Suarez and Carroll should be pretty nice in the attack. Not looking to strenghten anywhere else I don't think, need another backup for replacment to Doni however.

	Yicker_Latic, determination, adaptability and level of discipline are key, having fairly high attributes in these stats will influence the star rating of the coach greatly. JohnRush, I'll be (hopefully) letting Doni, Bellamy, Aquilani, Cole and Aurelio. That should chop off quite a lot of wages, I haven't looked at replacements as of yet, but they'll be geared towards the future. Downing has been woeful for me, so if a big offer comes in for him, I might let him go. -------------------

So of course if you can look for ones with = to or > than 16 in whatever coaching aspect you want i.e attacking, technical, etc. key mentals could be determination judging potential and motivating. ------------------- Unemployed as bleep
