	Log in to remove this sponsored message Currently playing the unemployment challenge and I am at Newcastle at the moment. When I was at Erfurt in the German lower divisions, I don't think away games were such an issue with smaller crowds etc. However being at the huge stadiums around the Premier leagues, I just cannot win away games! It gets to the point where a win away from home is as good as winning the Champions league. Now I know they are meant to be hard and you wouldn't do as well as at home, but it is getting ridiculous. My home form is quality, and is the one thing that is keeping in a decent position. I play a 4-2-3-1 at home, with short passing and control. I know this isn't going to work away from home and have adopted the classic 4-1-2-2-1 with counter, and just get dominated. We can't keep the ball, we rarely make chances and they always just nick it 1-0. I have tried my home tactics and it is even worse! I have very good wingers in a regen wonderkid and Adam Johnson, they are the basis of our game. At home they get down the wing and supply Sturridge very well. I would ideally like to keep them in the team. Heres the team: Spoiler:The team Please someone help me! 	My home record in the league is P12 W11 D1 L0. Away record is P14 W9 D1 L4. Even though my away form looks good it really isn't. Most games we play utter shit and have to rely on a pen or something.

	just won promotion with Luton town from league 1 my record Home played 23 won 20 drew 2 lost 1 scored 65 conceded 21 away played 23 won 6 drew 7 lost 10 scored 28 conceded 40 so as u can see big difference
