	Wiki Pages Arsenal Log in to remove this sponsored message he looks top class, i'd play him in the first team, put him before others so he develops to his max PA as fast as possible and you'll be able to have him on the top of his game for longer. and although i'm harsh, if someone unhappy because i said no for a new contract or i fined them, then i offer them out the same day, if no-one makes a bid, i keep them on the transfer list for about a month and they are "determined to prove his worth" so they up their game so i remove them from the transfer list, but i always but them as a "backup" or "rotation" rather than anything else. ------------------- \| Becoming A Legend \| Enter The Dragons \| The Wenger Way \|

	I have started Negro in the last three games after Koscielny rated 3.2 in the first half against Fulham. You are dead right, Negro is top class. Hasn't put a foot wrong and only conceded a single goal from a penalty. He is now a first choice pick! Man you are tough but I like the control you must have over your players. I'm a bit more softer but won't stand for laziness. I'll take your method onboard though. Hamsik has struggled to find form as i thought he would be the new driving force behind the team but it has taken him time to settle. I signed Abel Hernandez for £20million as injuries and poor finishing left me no choice. So far he is scoring very well and is so accurate. Highly recommended. I hope he will shoot me to glory this year and beyond. I only pay him £67k wages and his style suits the team. I think Bendtner's days are numbered!

	that's good, the thing is with Negro is that his passing stats are high and his mentals are good which makes him able to play out of trouble and he won't dawdle on the ball. Vice-captain Mapou Yanga Mbiwa has been playing below average so far this season, and there was a point in a game where he was on the ball, the ball got taken from him and led to a goal, i was irate. he's been dropped for the last 2 games and i've kept consecutive clean sheets. as much as i don't want to admit it, he might be the next out the exit door. it's a shame because i have just tied him down to a 5 year contract until he is 33. i have youth academy product Christopher Foster and Marco Tuitert as my backup player, with Kyle Bartley as well. i also have Ko Chul-Ho, who also now has a Work Permit and although he's a defensive midfielder, he is more than capable of being a solid centre back. have a talk with Hamsik when his last 5 game average has gone below 6.50 and say that he needs to improve if he wants to stay in the team. say it assertively and he'll try to improve. also i found that dropping a player for a few weeks is a good option, makes them know that there is competition and they need to up their game. ------------------- \| Becoming A Legend \| Enter The Dragons \| The Wenger Way \|

	How has Bartley done for you? You must have developed him well as he is still in your squad. I just couldn't find a place for him but feel disappointed for not giving him his chance sooner. Similar to Vela, he started to complain that he wasn't getting first team football so I used him a bit and he played well but for whatever reason he wasn't a happy bunny so I sold him to Birmingham where he is flourishing. Good to see I didn't hold him back but ashamed to lose such a talent. Could you post your most used formations with first XI for me parmar1993? My 2014/15 season is shaping up nicely. Into february now and here is where we stand: Premiership: Spurs and United are the top two but I only sit 3 points off them with a superior goal differnce. Although I haven't got the results against the top teams so far this year we are very consistant. F.A Cup: I gambled on a youth squad away to Ipswich as we were playing alot of games and lost 2-1. Gutted I gambled but at least it frees up the fixture list a bit. Champions League: Through comfortably into the second round to play A.C Milan. Each year I have gone to at least the Quarters or Semi's, hoping for a final this year. League Cup: After my youth's put me into the semi's I drew Villa. Away first leg which I comfortably rolled over a second string oposition 4-1. Next game is the return leg at the Emirates. I'm confident. As for performances. Abel Hernandez is currently injured for a week but has 15 goals in 20 apps. Walcott seems to realise that his position is under threat and has improved. Chamberlain is showing great improvement and as a winger has scored 4 in his last 6 games. Hamsik is pulling his weight but I'm trying him in a more advanced position in the hope we will score a few. On the transfer front I have produced what I would consider to be a small coup for the club. As of July 2015 Karim Benzema will be an Arsenal player. Currently 27, he has found himself down the pecking order at Madrid and so has decided to join us on a free transfer in the summer. Taking a pay cut in the process. I'm really looking forward to having him here next year. Bendtner will be lucky to still be at the club come August.

Bartley has done well for me, it's weird to think that i wanted to flog him off to another club for £500k a few seasons back but now he is one of my most consistent performers. Vela was the same, but had an attitude and wanted to go, so i let him go for £11M to Inter Milan, where he has done okay. Here is my first Tactic: Spoiler:4-2-3-1 the basis of this is that, the defence is good on the ball which means a holding midfielder is not needed. the BWM is good on the ball and can tackle, mark and is ultimately good on the ball to give passes to more creative players. Wingers are given full creative freedom to do whatever they want and the team is centralised around Jeanvier who is my best player at the tender age of 19. Rigoni is a dominant figure up front and has good heading stats so he bags goals as a poacher the B2B midfielder moves up and down and has very high stamina, also makes runs into the oppositions area. making my attack look like this: AML - B2B - P - AMR --------- BWM so you can see that i get a lot of people forward and this means i outscore most teams. this is my second tactic: Spoiler:4-5-1 pretty self explanatory in that everyone does what they have to do, i'd have Uranga where Jeanvier is and have Jeanvier as a CM (s). Complete Forward on the basis of no AMC to be creative so he would have to drop deeper. Rigoni is capable though. i don't play this tactic often though. 	I'm doing really well with finances, always try to stick with a low wage budget. Currently set for £1.5mill p/y but have it just under the £1mill mark. Players must work for their wages or they don't play for the club. Finances general are good which was my main aim. Youth coming on OK. I only ever buy potenially the best players and try to get one a year. I never seem to get the regens through my own academy though. In all the football manager game I have played I haven't had a superstar. I know I have to upgrade the facilities as much as possible but is there anything else I can do to attract the best youth prospects? Cheers parmar1993 for the tactics SS, the first one is what I am currenty using, or one very similar. You seem to have changed the whole team in the few years you have been there! No-one left other than Bartley!!!

	I'm playing a network game with my mate. I'm in 2018 now and I've had a weird game to be honest. Winning the Carling Cup multiple times, Europa League twice, Champions League and Club World Championsip. I got takenover by a tycoon and have an amazing squad but I had such a crap start this season it's really bleeped me over. Liverpool are just ridiculous and pissing it every season. I have another 4-5-1 that I adapt for each away match depending on what opposition I face, and a 4-4-1-1 that I used with Man United that I've had a good experience with before luke225 Those newgens are amazing Not sure about you but on the new patch Liverpool are overrated aswell I'm only in second season but did any of those newgens come from your academy? Or where they signings from other places?
