But anything less than 4GB and you will find it a struggle. The next thing is is possible, ask to see a machine with a "Dedicated Graphics Card" this will improve the performance of the 3D match engine, and as such, your overall game experience.

	Phelix That much RAM isn't essential I would have thought. I was thinking a more higher powered processor would be more important as FM is just generating new results etc constantly. FM only takes up around 1GB RAM on mine.

	The entire game database is stored in your RAM while the processor runs its calculations. Windows, and other windows applications, can be notoriously RAM hungry. If you want to be able to play in windowed mode and perhaps browse online you will need 4GB RAM as tabbed web browsers can swallow 1GB of RAM easily now-a-days. You will run it on 2GB, but if you are buying a new machine I would feel ripped off if it came with less than 4GB.

	well everything that has a quad core and 4 GB of ram will do the job .... the video card isn't that important and i think everything with at least 512 would be ok ------------------- skills assessment test

	I wouldn't go for that one. For starters it has Vista...just plain awful! Celeron isn't really a powerful processor at all imo. Not much HDD space. Look for something with at least 250GB I would say, gives you a bit more to play with but doesn't cost much more. Plus what was said above about 4GB Ram, only has 3GB. I would look elsewhere.

	Im using the same one I used last year, and I find 12 quicker for me than 11! But thats just me.

	Ahh right well my current laptop is in the shop being repaired something up with it's wifi anyway il try fm12 on that cos it runs fm11 fine
