I know this doesnt belong here but since its happening in my liverpool save i just wanted to share it.

Malaga won La Liga, only Barcelona and RM have won in it my game and they won it convincingly too, just thought it was amazing that a team other than RM and Barca won La Liga, its now 2025 in my save.

Well 24/25 season coming to a close and its tight

We lost to Chelsea in the FA Cup Semi-Final

We are in the Champions League Final vs Barcelona

And we are 2 Points behind Man Utd on the last game of the season we are against Aston Villa at home who are 16th and Man Utd play Blackpool away who are 14th.

If they tie or lose we win the league because our GD and GF is better. Obviously we have to win but our Home record is 16-1-1 so not to worried about that. Blackpool could be the ruiners of our season because they beat us Away and tied us at home aswell and now could either give us the title or give man utd the title.

in 2017 just signed goetze (sp) for 40m. City offer 18m for a player i ask for 30m they cum bk and offer 18m again, so i decide to ask for 200m up front 200m over 48months everything else to the top plus aguero and silva nd they accept, wtf, anyways i cancel it as they wont be able to afford it, but if that went thru i am 1 rich team, even tho i alrady am, got 130m left in bank after goetze signing, ive recouped it all by selling old players and promoting regens,

Anyway, I've started again after seeing people selling players like Henderson, Carroll and Adam for decne tmoney at the very start, whereas they're a pain to get rid of after half a season.

EDIT: Didn't sell any of them so started again. Only sold Aurelio for £1million and signed Afellay, Kadrii and Torres with Adryan and Fierro coming in next season. First game of the season, no Agger, Skrtel, Gerrard, Suarez or Bellamy:

Comolli made some pretty good signings at Spurs, such as Bale. It did take time for Bale to become the player he became today. I don't think the players Dalglish brought in are bad. I just think that they were overrated and people expect too much for them, mind you when Andy Carroll costs £35m, you can't really blame people. I do think that Enrique and Downing have been good signings, personally would've preferred Ashley Young though. Still wouldn't have paid £16m for Henderson, or £20m for Downing though TBH, that would've bought you proper world class players.

They really do need to learn to score though. For all the amount of shots they crafted against Villa, one goal is not enough.

I only managed to get £6m for Andy Carroll in the second season, even after he scored 8 goals. He went to Birmingham and I'm still contributing some money towards his wages. Got about £10m for Henderson in the third season... decent player for me, but didn't fit into my tactic anymore, he's still in my England squad though, got £10m for Adam in the second or third season. Great first season for him but declined after that. Sold Enrique in 2014 though, because of his marking and passing. He was a good player for me though. Think I got about £10m for him, and replaced him with Criscito. Downing will either be going in January or at the end of the season because I've since moved away from having wingmen and he doesn't fit into the tactic anymore. He's 30 and did great job for me down the left though. In fact other than Coates, Downing and Suarez, I've sold all of Dalglish's first team players. Even Coates is going at the end of the season as well because he wants first team football and I can't give him it. I think Bellamy is still at the club as a coach or something, can't quite remember though.

Had some very impressive performances from my team in my new tactic, already posted a 9-1 win against Norwich in the HDR, other two games were 5-0 against Benfica and Fulham, in complete dominance that even Pep Guardiola would be jealous. No idea how it performs against the bigger teams, but it's absolute beast against lower teams so far. Not sure how it performs for lower league sides for that matter either.
