	Log in to remove this advertisement I am Liverpool just heading into my first season and now need a new assistant manager, Steve Clarke left me in my first season to become Norwich manager and get relegated that season and Gary McCallister has just left me for the heights of Wigan now so any ideas? -------------------

	finding coaches is actually the easiest thing ever. i think the name of the best assistant manager is di viao? not 100% sure, he's always un-employed or just go to staff search, and make it 'assistant managers' then 'unemployed' then click the tab where the best rep assistant managers come up. sorry don't have fm up right now so i can't really give you a step by step guide.

	I would suggest Brian McClair, but as you Liverpool i dont think he'll go. But another one i use on smaller teams is Terry McDermott.
