My Southampton save has got to be one of the best I've ever played on FM, here are some screenshots:
Spoiler:Trophies
I've managed to build a very strong team very cheaply and keeping wages very low. I've now won 7 premier league titles straight, 4 champions leagues straight along with 4 F.A cups, 3 league cups, 4 community shields, 3 super cups and 2 club world cups. My best achievement within this save has got to be going two seasons unbeaten and for the first time on FM winning every game in a league season:
re: What is your Greatest Achievement on Football Manager 2012?
Ok, I will try and post screenshots of most of my regens, although I have a big squad and lots of decent players that I won't be able to post because it will take too long. First of all here are the tactics I've been using:
Spoiler:Tactics
I try to play very attacking football and over run the opposition, with the players I've got I batter most teams and my best result in the season where I won 38 had to be against Tottenham. It came after about 5 games when we had both won all of them, my team absolutely destroyed them and won 7-0 to go clear at the top.
Here are the players that tore the league apart:
Spoiler:Joe Fraser
This kid came through my academy in March of the first season and has been the first name on the team sheet since the age of 17. He has been vital to the success I've achieved and I turned down an offer of £50m from Man City when he was 23.
Spoiler:Fernando Leon
I spotted this guy when he made the world team of the year while playing for Cruz Azul, he was in his prime and I was expecting to pay at least £20m for him. Turned out he had a release clause of £2m so I snapped him up straight away.
Spoiler:Lawrence Itodo
I spotted Lawrence when he came through at Arsenal and originally tried to sign him on loan but Arsenal wanted him in their first team. A couple of seasons later he became unsettled so I jumped straight in with an offer of £7.5m which was accepted and he went straight into my first team. He's grown into a fantastic player, I've also turned down a £50m offer for him.
Spoiler:Cesar
Cesar was bought for £8m from Fluminense in 2016, he took a while to settle down but once he did he became a regular in the first team. Now I'm thinking of selling him to give a player from the academy the game time he needs to develop.
Spoiler:Martin
I picked this gem up on a free transfer after he failed to agree a contract with Betis. After an average first season he improved while playing a bit part role until he got his break in the first team. He was crucial in the season where I won every game scoring 15 goals and making 21 assists in the league in 31 appearances.
Spoiler:Jamie Gore
Another academy player here, I was unsure whether he would be good enough at first but I decided to stick with him rather than buy a new left winger. In my opinion he's nothing special but gets a lot of assists and pops up with the odd goal to help the team out.
Spoiler:Leonardo Gomez
This is the only player that I spent a considerable amount of money on, buying him from Espanyol for £39m. I'm not sure if he was worth it but he scores goals for fun and played a major role over the last couple of seasons.
These are the best regens I have although I do have several good prospects for the future which I may post up later if you want me to but don't really have the time now.
