Managed to fit a friendly against Brighton at home. Will play on the first Saturday of the month so my players have a week off before the season kicks off. Thanks to these friendlies, I've managed to get capacity crowds and gate receipts for July equalling £112k. Double in one month than what we made over the entire of last season.

Finally find a RB, offer him a contract, then suddenly three clubs come out of nowhere to try and steal him from me

good luck it does take a while for players to get into shape and used to the formation and how you play, but once they do you should be alright. My win percentage going into the last 7 games of my first season was 23% but all of a sudden they clicked and won all 7 so good luck.

Do not worry to much if does not work out to start with.

Same tactic that I've implemented last season. Helped keep me up so don't fix what's not broken. Hopefully though I've actually got strikers that can and will play together and score.

Now to pick a captain and vice-captain. The current/recommended two aren't in my first choices so I don't really want to pick them.

EDIT: My new captain is unhappy at being stripped of the captaincy. He's unhappy at me and there is no choice to tell his thick skull that he is the captain

You can never ask to much! I never thought in a million years I would get 3 back to back promotions then loose a Championship player off final! It will go down as my best ever FM run close to my Aberdeen save on fm 2010.

Quick update

Won the 3rd Division and I'm now known nationally in Scotland. Stayed with Peterhead nothing decents came up at a higher level which I feel I would get.

Completely overhauled the squad and staff for life in the Second Division.

About to start my 3rd season in Benin. I've these two new strikers who I think are going to be amazing:

I've also got continental rep in Africa.

Really struggling to get into another unemployment game now was enjoying that other one just loaded up England and Scotland so it's fast then will add leagues on later

If I hadn't been promoted to Champ with Sunderland, I would have left since Huddersfield are in the Champ and they finished 7th this season in it.


I feel my squad is better than Huddersfield now so I have rejected the offer.

Awsome mate yeah I get put as the number one of every single job that is free in the chmapionship in my game. But I am not taking Forest Green all the way to the championship to leave them for anothe championship side whats the point :/ your also ahead of me seasons wise now, if you had seen my posts on the other thread you would have seen my board seem intend to get rid of my prospects for little money.
