I uploaded lots of leagues, I wouldn't look at transfer budget as you'll focus on frees/loans, look at biggest stadium/best squad and stuff like that. You probably won't be there too long after all.

decided to take the Boston Job then will have to look for decent free/loans any players that i defiantly should get?

I won my playoff with Plymouth so I've signed a new contract with them. Now in league 1 with a really poor squad, 0 transfer funds and about 4k over wage budget.

I have offloaded all the deadwood, leaving only 3 good youngsters in the reserve team I'm trying to loan out. No idea what else to do. I've tried to offload my highest earning players, but no-one wants them. Even on a free! Any ideas what I can do? I can't even loan anyone good!

I started this a few weeks ago, it's fun once you get going. I was applying for a load of jobs, and eventually got the Kidderminster job. Was surprised to get a job in the BSP, until i realised their finances were awful. Doing bad in the league with no real opportunity to get new players in to replace the poor ones i was given. After 9 months in charge and given no summer transfer money i resigned, hopeful a bigger club might come in. I then got Wycombe in League 2, much to my dismay also with bad money issues. Hoped that i might have players of value to sell, but i didn't. After only 20 days i was fed up and applied for the Bournemouth job- who were also in League 2- out of desperation, and got the opportunity to resign from Wycombe. I did so happily and after 5 days i was offered the Bournemouth job to my amazement. Was relieved to find their finances were good, and so far after 4 months in charge i'm leading a promotion charge after investing in some new players. Unemployment challenge is infuriating to start with, but it's worth it once you get a team to make your name with!
