THE CHALLENGE

This challenge is all about youth. In this challenge you will be focusing on your youths development and how they will fire your club to great new heights. At the start of the challenge, before opening up your FM game, you will go to the FM Editor, and give your chosen club '20' in Youth Facilities, Youth Academy and Youth Recruitment. You will the select your leagues, load up your game and see the the young stars that are in your Under 18's. However there are some rules...

THE RULES

1. NO money put into signings, and this includes loan fees and compensation for youths.
2. ALL of your focus will be on youth.
3. You CAN sign freebies and loans, providing there is no fee involved.
4. If a bid comes in, that is 4 times that of his current value, you HAVE to accept. Example; (Steffan Iversen is £500k, you get an offer of £2m for him. You MUST accept. You do not have to do this for your regens.
5. The ONLY money you can spend, is that on upgrading your facilities.
6. If you have started the game without doing the necessary changes to your facilities, you can do the changes on the FMRTE meaning they will be implemented next year. If this occurs, you CAN sign players for money in the FIRST SEASON ONLY.
7. You HAVE to give at least THREE youth players TEN games a season.

With these rules, and the youths you'll be getting every year we feel that this can be a very exciting challenge. You can also incorperate the Financial Prudence and Root and Branch challenges in to this game.
