I'm on my halfway of data editing but couldn't understand why most of youngsters have Potential Attribute -8, -9, instead of 100++?. What would happen if I change let say from -9 to 199?. Thank you in advance.

	-9 means a player can have a PA between 150-180. When you start a game, a player with a -9 PA will randomly get a PA between those numbers. So for example, Thiago, being a -9, on one save can have a PA of 155 while on another save he can be 175. -8 is 130-160 I think. When there's a minus(eg. -9,-8-,7,-6) it means they player will get a random PA when you start a game. When a player has set PA(eg. 100, 154, 188) it mean on every game he will have this same PA. If you change -9 to 199 then the player will just have a set PA of 199. Hope that explains it.
