Currently in my second season with FC Nurnberg, after finishing 10th in my first season, I've really kicked on this season and I'm closing up onto the half-way stage looking in good contention for a European spot



The young prospects that started at the club before I took over are really excelling now, particularly 19 year old winger Markus Mendler, who is attracting interest from Bayern Munich and Inter Milan due to his fine form. The relegation of Hoffenheim in the first season has bolstered my attacking options considerably, with the signings of Gylfi Sigurdsson and Roberto Firmino for £8.5m combined. One bad part being that I'm resigned to the fact that I'll be losing my right-back Timothy Chandler on a Bosman next season, as he doesn't wish to sign a new contract with the club.
