I've been playing as Eastleigh for just over a season now, won the Blue Square South by 9 points in the first season. Seemed like a struggle but we picked up some consistency in the last few weeks of the season to win it by a big margin!

My heroes for the season were Ryan Doble (loaned from parent Southampton), Nikki Ahamed (Chelsea trainee), Yann Nsaku (Portsmouth trainee), and Nigel Quashie (legendary midfielder!). I also added Tom Adeyemi from Norwich towards the end of the season, and then added some more depth at the start of our first season in the Conference.

So far i'm 14th after 14 games, we struggled at the start playing Crewe and Barnet who only just came down, but recently we've picked up and we're looking like we could mount a late play-off charge!

So at the end of the 2nd season we ended up 11th. Was in with an outside chance of the playoffs but we lacked the consistency we needed and ended up dropping a lot of vital points towards the end of the season.

The wage budget was slashed for the start of the third season because of spiralling costs putting us £400,000 into the red. A new stadium is on the way so hopefully any increased gate receipts can help us out, but we're really struggling and a lot of key players are nearing the end of their contracts On a plus side, we've got a few good youth players who can plug the gaps in my incredibly thin squad, as I was unable to get any loan players in (for some reason they all rejected me, despite playing for me last year!?).

2 consecutive promotions for me (3 for the club) means I will be playing in League 1 next year with Ebbsfleet.

I am currently playing as Hyde in Blue Square North,Only in October, but the team is top of the league by two points, and I am confident of the playoffs.

Spencer is amazing btw.

I have just started as Dover and I am 3 league games into it.

Our third year ended with us finishing 12th, after a bright start saw us looking for a play-off place. We had a bad run of form around christmas as we had injuries to some of our key players, but we kept battling and eventually slid down the league table for a disappointing finish.

Our horrible bank balance saw the chairman quit the club, and he was replaced by a board member that took out a large loan to put us in the black. Not fantastic news but at least we can now offer players longer contracts and tie them down.

The fourth year under my management saw Eastleigh overachieve massively in the league, ending with promotion via the playoffs. We were consistent throughout the year and even led the table briefly, although at the end of the year it came down to us being 4th. We went behind to Barnet in the first leg of the semi-final, but smashed them 5-1 at Underhill to face Bury in the final, which we won with a late goal on the counter 1-0.

After downgrading to semi-pro at the end of the second season, the board announced we'd be turning professional again thanks to our new-found league status. Our new stadium arrived which is capable of holding around 6,000 spectators, although that's being raised to 8,000 because it doesn't meet the criteria of League Two. We also had a good run in the FA Trophy, where we were defeated in the quarter finals.

No major arrivals or sales, it's just about keeping a consistent team for me now really. I'm expecting us to struggle in League Two for a few years, but with a board member taking control of the club from the previous chairman, we seem to be getting regular cash injections which is helping us to stay afloat. Our team has now been together for around three years, and we've started having some bigger clubs sniffing around the slightly better ones. We're just rejecting offers, keeping their contracts extended, and hoping to get a few loans to secure a top-16 position this next year!

Had an amazing year in our maiden season in League Two, and ended up winning it at the first ask! Despite a media prediction of 24th, we kept the same group of players together and just bolstered the squad with a few loan signings, and that saw us sail through. Early form saw us build a lead at the top, but we had a slight dip in form and ended up winning it on the final day.

A major highlight of the season was going to the Liberty Stadium and beating Swansea on penalties after a 2-2 draw aet. We then travelled to Blackburn where we put up a fight but eventually went down 2-0.

League One is going to be very, very difficult, but we're now playing in front of crowds around the 4,500 mark, and the TV money and increased sponsorship should keep our finances in check. Ideally the stadium needs to be increased, but our wage budget is higher than it has been so i'll see who's around. The whole team has been together for years now so sentiment is going to play a part in new signings. Everyone at the club deserves their place in the first team, but will need replacing at some point if we're to progress further.

Not commented on my game for a while. Thats because this game is annoying and my experience was ruined when half way through my 3rd season when i was 7 pts clear in the BSP i got the chance to change my season target to title winner. I should have known it was a bad idea...

The game did me over, might start a new game soon.

Decided to start this with Eastleigh. Managed to in the league with a couple of games to go. Highly reccommend counago, sterling and guichard. In mid season now and the board have decided to build a new season. Would upload a ss but no idea how. Anyone know?
Its good to build a stadium but its gona put us 1.57m in debt. Get 1.4m free from the authrities aparently.

Go for Basingstoke, they have some good players in Jay Gasson, Ross Adams and Tim Sills. Sign Pablo Counago, a goalkeeper as well as loaning a few Reading players and you should be able to get promoted.
