	hey looking for a game with a small club that can attract big players so clubs outside england, germany, france, sapin and italy and preferably not Porto and teams like that any ideas? it would be nice if the team hasnt ever made much progress in europe but then again that might be asking a bit much

The rules aren't great to work with either. 	I might have said earleir but i would highly recommend CSKA moscow. Honda, Dazagoev, Necid, Doumiba and Akinfeev as the spine of the team is unreal, you can easily dominate Russia completely and yo can get quite far in the champs leauge within a year or so

	Looking for a club that will end up 15th in the leauge . Better Youth system. Country : England , Spain. Budget : Not a problem.
