 2011/12 Transfers
Due to really not liking much of the squad as it is, I had to adopt an air of extreme pragmatism, knowing success hinged on minimising the pitchtime of Carroll, Henderson and Downing. So a 4-5-1 with Diarra, Lucas and (grudgingly) Adam was adopted, with a rotating front three centred on Suarez. A back four of Johnson, Skrtel, Agger, Enrique is also as solid as can be asked for. Very nice season there Tweety Pie. You seemed to get a great balance between attack and defence. Gerrard looks like he had a very good season. And Momo was quality for Madrdid in '08.
 Burnley - Season 2011/12 Transfers  My signings were very hit and miss. Helguson looked a good one on paper but failed to score in 12 games and has been rotting in my reserves since November. Ayoze's form throughout has been patchy, perhaps adapting to a new country. Hinkel was good. Bostock and Kadar were more for just squad depth. Colback was decent rotation with Chris McCann and Dudek was poor. Cup Competitions  Pretty awful overall, would've liked a cup run of sorts League  Started the season very well, excluding the 3-0 defeat to Doncaster, who appear to be my bogey team. The game against West Ham was brilliant, Bostock scored in the 93rd minute. Conceded too many for my liking. And had to adapt my planned tactic of Helguson target man, Rodriguez poacher, when Helguson turned out to be shit.  Second half of the season had a bit more patchy form, brilliant wins against Hull, Birmingham, West Ham. And then the losses, once more to Doncaster, the awful match against Portsmouth, *bleep*ing Erik Huskeleep. Martin Paterson's return from a long term injury helped ease the reliance on Jay Rordiguez. Between Charlie Austin, Zavon Hines and Heidar Helguson, I think there were 6 goals in around 40 appearances... The last 3 games of the season were A Birmingham 4-2 Rodriguez, Paterson (2), Murphy o.g H Peterborough 1-0 Paterson H Coventry 3-0 Rodriguez, Stanislas, Treacy Peterbrough was the game that got me promoted as Portsmouth lost to Doncaster (YAY) and Reading drew. The league finished like this:  Leeds finished last. The final table makes it seem a lot less tight. In actual fact I spent most of the season 3rd or 4th. Me, Portsmouth and West Ham were all very close to promotion till late in the season Squad  Jay Rodriguez was clearly the stand-out player, 2nd top goalscorer in the league. His stats have come along way, and should be good enough easily for the premier league. Stanislas was very good too, he should make the step up. Edgar was the surprise of the season, vey average stats, but played really well. In the summer, the most important position to strengthen is goalkeeper, none of my current 3 are good enough. Another striker is needed too, someone with some premier league experience, to play the deep lying striker role behind Rodriguez. A new left winger is needed, as Keith Treacy is too inconsistent. Wolverhampton Wanderers 2012-2013 SeasonFinish: 6th placeFinished my second season with Wolves now. Started terribly! The ending was much better though. Here's a relatively thorough look at it.I think the added stress of Champions League really took a toll on my team. League & Cups An excessive friendly line up, 12.  My first four Premier games were a poor start to the season  And a busy and heartbreaking December didn't help at all!  But the start of the New Year was a gigantic step in the right direction with us destroying our rivals Aston Villa in Molineux. And it carried on until the end of the year with only one more Premier League loss.  Champions League saw us in Group F. Went poorly but we did get a huge scalp in beating a strong Real Madrid team away.  The League Cup went poorly with an early outing by Manchester City.  But I was very happy with the team in the FA Cup. Where we got into the finals and were all tied up with Chelsea going into the 94th minute when Benayoun scored a nice finish to disappointingly end our amazing run.  Our final place in the League was pretty decent, though a dip from the previous year's 4th.  Tactics My team often lined up like this, particularly after December when I finally switched from a tactic I had previously gotten off the internet, 'Arsenal 4-5-1' or something. Though I played with 'wingers' both sides often cut in and scored many goals  Good & Bad Players of the Season The Good:
Wilfried, owned, ST: Top goalscorer for the team in the league. Had a dry spell but was still contributing with assists and strong play. Rasmus Elm, bought 6.5m, M C: Starting center mid, rarely had a bad game. Very solid. Got him for the long throw, had 3 goals and 11 assists. Wayne Hennessey, owned, GK: Was really solid. Played 37 league games and only conceded 43 goals with 11 clean sheets. Sime Vrsaljko, owned, D R: Won multiple (Young) Player of the Month. Played very solidly. The Bad:
Kevin Doyle, owned, ST: Never really got going. Many injuries. Poor performances. Sold at end of season for a measly 2.5m. Matt Jarvis, owned, AM L: Injured for 6 months of the year. Played only 10 games. Really decreased as a player. Brought in Emil Larsen because of his injuries. Nenad Milijas, owned, M C: Had a falling out with him. Played 16 games with avg rating of 6.45. Blamed the rest of team. So sold for 4.7m. The Up-and-Comers: (in order of my excitement)
 Carlos Fierro, 1.2m, ST: Going to run the front line for years to come if I get my way. Played 7 league games, had 6 goals.  Marijn Mommers, 1.2m, M C: A good box to box mid coming up. Will be a first team player in the future.  Ryadh Pietersz, 1.2m, D L: Looks to be a good prospect. Just arrived at the club.  Transfers in (costs) 21m out (gains) 23.5m Possible Transfers for the Next Season
I will be looking to sell off Steven Fletcher if possible as well as Roger Johnson who seems to make many mistakes when he plays. Lucas Digne may also be gone by the end of the year and Simon Mignolet. Goals for Next Season
- Integration of U-18 Grads. - Keep spending down, both salary and purchases. - Fill out newly expanded stadium. Finishing Thoughts:
- Kicking a dead horse doesn't get you anywhere (ie: continuing to use a dried up tactic). | |

After winning 5 CL wih Benfica and reaching the top stop has the richest club in the World,i decided to leave Europe and try to use my World Class Rep. to make a difference,i then added the chinese Super league and waited lol...So after a few months of vacation a job appeared...
 2026/2027 In the first season,these guys were 12th place with 10 games played,but they had some very nice players and i managed to bring so more,ended up finishing 2nd,was erally happy with that.The next season i managed to get ride of some weaker players and get some real talent using my Rep.The biggest challenge in China is the number of foreigns u can us (4 in the first XXI) in the league.Since we had finished 2nd in the previous season we qualified for the Asian CL,let me tell you...it´s so different from the European one lol but still not easy mainly because of the Saudi teams...Suprise or not,the second season we destroyed the league,really didn´t expect things to be so easy lol and won the Asian CL...Really proud  (there is a bug that doesn´t allow the FA cup to take palce lol but i don´t care,i hope soon it will be solved...) It appears I missed a season, silly me. 2016 was extremely productive; We finished 2nd and there fore qualified for the Europa League, while were still in the Europa League, in the Quarter Final. This was to be the first season we spent on players, with 2 of our 4 signings coming out of our income. Fekete was a Hungarian goalkeeper with great potential and would sit in the space Mishkovich used to occupy, Arias the goalscorer to accomodate Grynyshyn after the departure of Leshkevich. Kostyukevich, our other signing was a young centre-back I liked the look of, a possible star for the future. -------------------  | |

 Napoli 2011/12 Season Pre Season I was given a 9.25M budget to qualify for the Europa League this season, my main aim was actually to qualify for the Champions League. In terms of transfers I sold a couple of players surplus to requirements and brought in one main first team player and a couple of back ups/future players. Transfers  The main player coming in was Willian from Shakhtar for a fee of 7.5M and he was the player that was going to sit in the AMC role, the other two players to come in, in the summer were Rafael Toloi and Yaya Sanogo for 2.5m and 1.5M respectively. Toloi actually played quite a lot of games this season he became a first team player right away, when I mainly got him to rotate. I also had to bring Gibbs in on loan to cover LWB for 4 months whilst Dossena was injured, he stayed the full season as back up and done a decent job. In January I got 12.25M to spend but it was one of those windows where there were no decent players about so I decided to spend some of it on even younger players, bringing in Branescu, Tobias Figueiredo, Giuseppe Prestia and Daniele Rugani. I also agreed deals to bring two more players in, in the summer window which are Sime Vrsaljko and Salva Ruiz a young LB. The main transfers going out were Zuniga and Santana. Squad/Formation  So here is my squad and formation with my preferred line up. After bringing in Willian I knew that front 5 were going to be good, I was really wary of my defence though just didn't seem strong enough but surprisingly they were good. Although they did lack concentration at time towards the end of matches. Serie A League Table  Napoli's media prediction was 8TH but you know with the attacking options they have they were always going to finish higher. I was fairly pleased with the season though, we were in the title race till the final day as I had better head to heads against Inter and A.C. It just weren't meant to be, the disappointing thing was we could have won this league comfortably we conceded a few late goals and got draws against some of the bottom clubs. Fixtures/Results  So as you can see some silly draws in there and even the odd stupid loss. My record against the big teams were pretty good, which was pleasing, just need to cut out the late goals against lesser teams and maybe not hanging on to 1-0 leads  Overall Review I'm fairly pleased with the League season overall would say there are more highlights than lows. Willian was decent once he settled had quite a few niggling injuries though, Cavani was class as always only got 15 goals but assisted quite a few too as did Lavezzi (same amount of goals). Will look to push on and win it next season. Champions League  Had a really nice run in the Champions League making it to the Semi Finals, was disappointed to lose at home to Arsenal. Still to reach the Semi Final is a good effort in my eyes and I will look to reach this stage again next year. Was thrilled with the Man City result at home though, I got one back and then Srna got sent off and just knew it would be my day that day  Coppa Italia  It was nice to get my first trophy as Napoli manager on this game, was the smallest competition I entered but to win a trophy is always nice, will look to repeat this success again next year.  EB/Streymur (Faroe Islands) 2011 Background After asking the game to randomly select me a team, I got EB/Streymur. After Wikipedia-ing them, I found that they had had some recent success. They had won the league in 2008, and had won 4 of the last 5 cups, being runner-up in the other year. The media had predicted us to finish 3rd and the board expected us to at least qualify for the UEFA Europa League. Transfers  After playing some friendlies, and losing most, I decided my squad need some more depth. However, I didn't have a penny to spend so I loaned 4 players that my scouts said were half decent. I also noticed that Anderson Tegāo was available for free. He seemed like a good player from his stats and the fact he was a Brazilian in the Faroe Islands made the decision for me! Lions Cup The Lions Cup is the Faroe Islands 'Super Cup' between the League winners and the Cup winners from the previous season. As EB/Streymur won last season's cup, I was in for a chance of Silverware. Even though the board and fans alike didn't seem bothered, I wanted a trophy. We comfortably won 5-1, suggesting Tórshavn weren't interested in the competition either!  Løgmanssteypið My next game was in the Løgmanssteypið, the Faroe Islands cup competition. The board expected me to at least reach the Semi-Finals in this competition. The First Round put me against a team in the top division, like myself, and we ran out comfortable winners thanks to 4 goals from Arnbjørn Hansen, who would become a goal machine for me. Second round put me against 1.Delid (First Division) side Hoyvik, who we beat to set up a Quarter Final vs Runavik, to be played during the Mid-Season break.  Vodafonedeildin The media predicted a 3rd place finish and the board expected at least this in the Vodafonedeildin, the top division in the Faroes. I saw this as a good challenge to attempt a Title push whilst having reasonable expectations. My first 4 games saw me win just 1 game. However, with the season already looking lost, we went on an 8 match winning run, with the highlight being the small amount of goals we were conceding. This run was only ended by a 2-2 draw, but then followed my highlight of the season so far. A thumping 6-2 win against Pre-Season title favourites B36 Tórshavn. This win really showed me how far we had come in the season, from losing against them in the third game to now, that was our only loss on record. Thanks to long unbeaten run we are currently sitting top, 4 points clear going into the Mid-Season break.   And now... I now have a month free of league games, currently sitting top. During this month I have the Quarter-Final of the cup to play, and also I enter the UEFA Europa League Second Qualifying Round!I don't have high hopes for this, but I am looking forward to anyway. I have been drawn to play the winner of Belarus team FC Minsk and Andorran Lusitans. Hopefully I'll play the Andorrans as they must easier opposition, but either way it'll be a good experience. As for my future career, I am looking to win all the Trophies in Faroe Islands and then move on to somewhere else obscure. I like the idea of winning as many trophies was different places as possible, and maybe one day get offered a top European role! I'll post in this thread once I finished this season. | |

LA Galaxy --> Hull City  2014/15 season It's been a couple seasons since my last update, after winning the MLS with LA in my second season at the club, I had a worse season in the third season and although I scraped the playoffs I ended up getting knocked out. After that I joined Hull midway through the 13/14 season and managed to get the club to avoid the drop from League One. My first full season and I have a squad that I enjoy managing. JPT

For next season: I got offered the Hercules job, with the side getting relegated from LIGA BBVA but I thought I would have a better chance of progressing my career by sticking with Hull for now and only leaving for a club who are actually in the top division. With Hull next season I want to be stable in the league, I do not expect promotion but I would like the threat of relegation to not be around. | |

VfL Osnabrück
VfL Osnabrück is a German multi-sport club in Osnabrück, Lower Saxony. It currently fields teams in basketball, gymnastics, swimming, table tennis, and tennis, but is by far best known for its football section.(Wiki) Vfl Osnabruck are a german football team that currently play in german third division. They are a team which was in the past seasons regularly promoted or relegated between second and third division. They did not yet win any important domestic trophy. The reason for taking this job was the love for turning small clubs into sucessfull european teams. I will most likely eventually leave them (after i win everything possible) but i would prefer coming back later in the game. Season 1:   We didnt start well in our first season. The main reason for that was in my wish to create a bit different tactic that would be based on possesion football, with just 3 defenders and inside forwards. Tiki taka ftw. Luckily players soon learned what i want from them, team gelled together nicely and we won the league and we were promoted to second german division.Our best players that year were Jan Mauersberger, towering german DC who is still member of my squad, Fouad Idabdelhadj, teams top goalscorer in the first season with 20 goals, and Daniel Latkowski,young creative force of our team. All 3 are in the team from the beginning. Season 2:   A season of miracles. I didnt know what to expect when i saw the teams list. Second division consisted of a great number of quality teams, players they had were more suited to european competitions and not second division. Hsv with their stars, Gladbach with Marco Reus and talented goalkeeper ter Stegen, Nurnberg, St.Pauli, Munchen 1860 were all members of the league. We got rid of all the deadwood who had no future in our team, and brought quality players such as young german talent Geis,brazilian striker Marcos Bambam, strong greek defensive midfielder Tziolis and a guy who changed the team - Jagos Vukovic. Versatile serbian defender has been my best player since he signed the contract. He led my defence, hardly lost any tackle, he won headers, scored goals and was fast enough to play as a single DC in my 3-5-2 / 3-3-4 formation. I knew we will need some time for all the new players to get familiar with the tactic and other players but we were never in trouble of relegation. Right the opposite, we managed to surprise everyone and managed to finish second after thrilling second part of the season. Our top league goalscorer was loaned brazilian striker Edno with 15 goals, his felow brazilian Bambam scored 11 goals. Our best player was Jagos Vukovic who scored 12 goals and finished his first season in germany with rating 7.63. Season 3:   We made it to the Bundesliga. Again we brought couple of new players, most notable free transfer was Daniel Sturridge who did well for most of the season but i am sure he can do more (if anyone has any idea where to play him in my formation feel free to help). Darren Gibson, ex united player who joined last season and was expected to demolish the second division turned out a flop. His constant long shots didnt do us much good so i rather gave a chance to my youngsters. The best thing i got from him were 2 millions i got when i sold him with a huge smile on my face. Well anyway, i expected quite a lot from this season even though i chose fight bravely against relegation. Considering i played against HSV and Gladbach previous season i thought i could do well in bundesliga since i consider those 2 teams to be better then half of the teams there. I was right. We finished 3rd and qualified to Champions league. Our best players were again Jagos Vukovic at the back, newly signed youngsters in the midfield and of course brazilian striker with a name that couldnt suit him better. Bambam..Bam Bam and we are 2:0 up.  .He was the teams and leagues top goalscorer scoring 22 goals. Current season 4:   Not much to say about this season. Huge amount of money was spent, Probably more then in entire history of the club. But - to improve we had to bring some stars. And we sure did. Gladbach was kind enough to sell two biggest stars of their team. German future stars: Reus and ter Stegen. Chasing domestic and european titles can now begin.
