nice team mate well done, and well done with the gold with GB, neymar and Goetez would be great signings, im happy to say im 6th in the league now and everton are top which is shoking, i havein everten in the league cup i think its 4th round so should be a gd game. Full team back now and winning games beat Manchester City 3-0 which was the turn around

congrtz on the league win, and that sucks against barca, 4-1 lose home is upsetting did ur moral go down by any chance?

im currently top of my europian group after losing first game 2-1 away to FC Kobenhavn but then won 3-0 home agaist Partizan.

the league table is asfollows:

1st - Everton 16 points
2nd - Liverpool 15 points
3rd - Aston Villa 15 points
4th - Arsenal 13 points
5th - Manchester United 12 points
6th - Chelsea - 12points
7th Totenham - 12points

so any top 7 can win the league at the moment but only 6 games in so who knows what will happen.

yh not surprised i would of sympathized with the team to, barca are the world best football team. i have won my last 11 games, scoring a total of 29 goals and conceeding 4 goals in all competitions, so things are looking bright so far.

Who have people signed as a backup goalkeeper first season?

Turnbull and Hilario are fine, but maybe someone like Vicent Eneyema would work for you. I would say it isn't worth signing anyone as you get your two younger goalkeepers back off loan and the end of the season. But if you feel there not good enough back ups that fine, tbh I wouldn't want either player more then 15 games for me a season.

Anyways my save, the aim is to cut down on wages (staff too), get rid of older players and try and limit wages to under £100k, this means eventually having to shift Torres, Terry, Cole and Lampard as there way over. I will be trying to play youth as often as I can but I still need a top 6 finish so my starting XI is strong enough. I have also made a start by getting the board to agree youth development ect.. I have already made a start to my policies with these transfers I have already made;

I do have a few more younger players in the reserves like McEachren who I will try and incorporate but I did want to loan them out so if something comes along it may happen. I will be trying to sign more youngsters and do a lot of scouting as I need players pushing through so I can get rid of the dead wood. Alright got an idea about next season as both reserves keepers probably being sold with the two on loan being enough for back up. Cech if I can may end up being sold next season, depends how that one player on loan at Madrid does. Doubt I will do well and the team lacs depth, to many injuries and I am screwed so hear goes. Hopefully that won't happen.

I decided with transfers I will try and save as much money as I can, so high fee transfers I very much doubt will happen, even £3.8M I felt was bad enough for a young player but hopefully he will have potential, but it beats £10M+ buys imo. Also with the likes of Afalley, if I can get a couple of players like him on loan for a small wage fee (£25k in his case) then I'd rather have him over a £80k back up. Also i prefered to loan over sign as he wanted £55k and i wasnt interested in that for a back up but he will be a key player (main back up) no doubt. Saving a bit there and we'll just shorting the wage structure as much as I can. I think with the transfers I've done for now it's £250k I must have freed up so that's better then nothing for the time being but the better class of back up has left so it's a gamble but I see this as a longer term project over a short bit of fun and hopefully I won't get sacked when I miss out on the Champions League. Everyone already hates me as I sold Drogba, lol. Second season though will be interesting, if I did get rid of Lampard, Torres, Terry, Cech just who I would replace then with, hopefully some cheap regen appears and I can snap them up. Should be signing another Mexican when I next boot up the game for £1.2M but only 16 so won't get till 18. Hopefully he can on a long term replace Torres or be a back up.
