C2 is pretty much the same as League 2 in England. Serie A = Prem, B = Championship, C1 = League 1 and C2 = League 2

I left Crewe but not got new job yet did get Switzerland Under 19 Team to manager looking up:)

it has to be lower, else it's not the challenge - you'll get a job at league 2 straight away, which kind of defeats the point of the challenge.

Update: Finished 2nd with newcastle in the premiership in 20/16/2017 - including winning premier division manager of the year - the challenge will be completed soon!

Left Crewe in Mid-October got a job at same level with Torquat sitting 18th.

its ok i think i sorted it, there must be a bug in the game.

started up just all the leagues from England and had regional reputation then i went to add manager and added myself again exactly the same details and age and i had unproven in the reputation box.

Then you retire the manager with regional reputation and keep the one with unproven.

I think this is why so many people are getting offered good jobs very quickly,because their rep has been at regional or national.

best way for the challenge is to do what i have stated so you start unproven instead of regional or national.

can anyone tell me how to get my rep to start lower than regional???

well i have spent almost all day trying to sort this out and when you start unemployed you always get regional or national rep, however if you actually pick a team at the start of the game from the blue square north or south your rep is unproven.

it must have to do with the leagues you select at the start and if your going unemployed it will just work out an average reputation for you across all the leagues you have selected if that makes sense.

i really wanted to try this challenge but now its not the same becuase you could get a really good job after one season at an ok team.

i might just load up the leagues again pick a team in the blue square north then just quit and become unemployed that way or just work my way up.

I also just beat Real Madrid 4-0 in the group stages of the champions league - although i lost 2-1 to olympic lyon...

I currently have 2 'wonderkids' in my team, and potentially another couple who i'm trying to bring through. I am only using about half of my wages, i still have 20 million of my budget left and i'm trying to build newcastle up to be a permanent top 4 team in the prem - good times
