[Team Discussion] Liverpool FC

Right, so I've started as Liverpool on the demo, Title Challengers and so far only signed David Trezeguet for 500k. IMO he offers great experience and can score goals and is a very cheap option, will be playing second fiddle with Carroll. Tried to buy Vanden Borre from feeder club Genk as well as Hyland, but AVB (Hey, just noticed that! ) chose Parma instead, albeit on double the pay I was offering while they're asking for £3m for Hyland and I'm not paying that for a player worth 500k.

I have my assistant doing the friendlies and so far not so bad, unbeaten but no-one tough, drew to Genk, beat Sporting and Yeovil. Also currently have Arsenal bidding for Lucas Leiva for £12.5m Planning on buying James McCarthy to replace him.

EDIT: After selling Lucas for the £12.5m I had £10m bids rejected for both Fernandinho and McCarthy. Instead I've moved for experience once again, buying Ariel Ibagaza for 975k. He's a good passer and attack-minded so think he'll work well in the playmaker role. With the money left over may make a cheeky bid for someone, possibly Tevez...

I started with liverpool and i'm currently 2nd in the table with 15 games played.

So far everyone is playing great except Carrol. (played 13 scored 3) He is an absolute flop. Agyemang is a beast an great as a back up. Jermiane Jones is great is in the top 3 for tackle ratio in the league.
Everyone's match rating are 7.00+ except Carrol and Doni.

How can you lot sell Lucas or even Jack Robinson . I just cant do something like that! Arsenal came in with a £12Million bid which I rejected..

I know he is good IRL not saying that just he is bad on the game
