SHIELDS
Ammo Eater - Absorb 20 ammo with an Absorption shield
Roid Rage - Kill 5 enemies while buffed by a "Maylay" shield
(most commonly contains the Roid keyword, shield must be at 0 to gain bonus)
Game of Thorns - Kill 5 enemies with reflected damage from a Spike shield
(shields that deal elemental damage to melee attackers but not via Nova)
Amp It Up - Kill 5 enemies while buffed by an Amplify shield
(Shield must be full to gain Amp bonus)
Super Novas - Kill 5 enemies with a Nova burst shield
(shields with the Nova keyword, once equipped let your shield be reduced to 0 and a sphere of damage explodes from your current position, must fully recharge shield after to "charge" the next Nova)
ROCKET LAUNCHER
Rocket and Roll - Kill 10 enemies with rocket launchers
Gone with the Second Wind - Get 2 "Second Winds" with rocket launchers
Sky Rockets in Flight... - Kill 25 enemies from long range with rocket launchers
- Unlocked by completing Gone with the Second Wind level 1
Shield Basher - Kill 5 shielded enemies with 1 rocket each

- Unlocked by completing Rocket and Roll level 1
A method for this challenge is to go to Southern Shelf - Bay area. Clear out the cove, do the loop around the boats, clear out the cove again, then activate Midgemong. He'll call in reinforcements until he bugs out. This area is ideal for both challenges due to the fact that a) the enemies are respawned for you almost immediately b) the low level and number of enemies c) the fact that it's close quarters so there are lots of walls for splash damage and you don't need to chase enemies down. Unfortunately it does have one major downside - ammo. While there's an ammo dump available where Midgemong spawns, it doesn't sell rockets and the ammo boxes are too low level to spawn them either. So once you run out of ammo you need to trek back and forth to get more. One glitch that can be exploited is that once you reach 0/0 ammo on the rocket launcher chests have a much higher chance of spawning rocket launchers and rocket launcher ammo. I've not tested the chests in this area to see if they are high enough level, but that might be a way of getting more ammo.

MISCELLANEOUS
JEEEEENKINSSSSSS!!! - Kill Jimmy Jenkins once
(Jimmy Jenkins is a randomly occurring loot monster, meaning he will jump out of boxes/crates/etc when you open them. Due to a probable bug he's usually located in 4 cardboard boxes during the main missions in the Wildlife Preserve. If you don't do this during the 2 main missions you can join someone else's game who has them active OR get it on your second playthrough... otherwise it'll be a lot of box grinding to find him).

Special note: After spending some time grinding this trying to help LC Moog and Archer Mike I discovered that, while Doctor's Orders quest helps a bit, having the main storyline quest in this area and Doctor's Orders active at the same time made a HUGE difference in the number of loot monsters that showed up. With both quests active I would always get at least 1 loot monster, and usually 2-3 per run. With just Doctor's Orders it would be 0-2 and 2 was a rarity. LC Moog was done with both active, we each got a Jenkins within 5-6 runs total. Archer Mike we stopped after an hour and a half of runs without success.
