Right now i'm using the Turret as a Nuclear Grenade. Doesn't do anywhere near as much damage as it should though.

If it did do as much damage as a real nuke, there wouldn't be a point to play anymore. You would just kill EVERYTHING with the turret throw alone.

I might respec to nuke turret when I take on Terramorphous to take out a good portion of it's tentacles' health. But other than that I think I'll stick to my dual turrets.

Don't worry, when they put out patches and DLC, they'll nerf the crap out of the turret to 'balance' it out. By the time you get enough levels to get a longbow-maglock-nuke-slag-rocket Gemini turret, it'll have been nerfed to where you might as well just get a maglock-shield-slag-rocket turret with a handful of abilities to increase your own survival odds. Should I ever gain access to Live, I will expect this, and plan a few hours to spend in a corner, mourning the loss of what could have been a double f*** you to every Pandoran enemy that lives, plus whatever new stuff they add. Until then, I will longbow-maglock a pair of turrets to the head of The Warrior, and Terramorphous later on, to blast the living bejesus out of both of them.

Considering borderlands is all about being overpowered and LIlith was never nerfed and there are items that are far more broken that probably won't be nerfed with Maya and Gunzerker who can still outclass Axeton at level 69 with their ridiculous shit.

True, true, though I haven't tried Maya yet, and I never played as Lilith either. But getting overpowered takes a hell of a long time. Badass Ranks take a while to accrue, you have to cycle through the bonuses you want forever to get to what you want. Literally, you can only select one thing at a time, out of a list of, what, five choices? It basically means by the time you get the +/- 100% for what you want, just about everything else you wanted will be a single point away from it as well. But can you even do that without encountering the glitch that zeroes out the rank and the bonuses?

i didnt make it far as a Zerker and havent played the others but i imagine they have some uber badass upgrades later on to where Axton's not broken compared to the other classes. to me, the turrets are not only the most fun, but also can help you out, like if you go into FFYL, you can sit there and the turret can bring you back by making a kill. thats a lot less stressful IMO than trying to frantically kill a dude 100 feet away on your own (especially when you move at a slow crawl and can't zoom in) when the AI can instead give him 10,000 rockets to play with.

didnt play the first game but i definitely got that vibe from her during that one mission where you meet her. she's also pretty hot and not crazy like Tannis.
