I have them, but, for the life of me, I can't remember where I got them.
I'm @ lvl 11, I did every side quest available before going to Sanctuary, and have completed about half of the initial ones in Sanctuary (along with a couple of main quests). I noticed I had 2 new heads last night when I went to the machine to change skins. One of them were the dreads. Sorry  I hope you find them soon. | |
