	It won't. A lot of the Wii's success was due to the casual market's interest in it. However, even if its potential was to be tapped, with the casual market shifting towards cellphones, I doubt that the Wii U will even come close to the Wii's success. Perhaps something will happen sometime along the line where console gaming will appeal to the casual market again, but for now, I don't really see the Wii U matching the Wii. -------------------

	If the price drops early enough in its life cycle the Wii U may get close to the Wii. The casual market doesn't want to spend a ton of money on a new console, so having it priced around $250(USD) would be very beneficial sales-wise. Nintendo really needs to step up their marketing. I don't watch a ton of TV, but I've always noticed that Nintendo markets their products the least out of the three console makers here in the US. I feel like many people either don't know the Wii U exists or they don't know the GamePad exists for it. Part of this comes down to a terrible naming convention of the Wii U as many casual gamers don't realize it's a whole new console and think it is just a new version of the Wii, similar to that smaller one without the GameCube ports on it. Considering Nintendo never markets their products well I agree with the above post that it won't come close to the Wii. -------------------
