	Log in to remove this sponsored message Mass Effect 3 Wii U will include 'From Ashes' and Extended Cut DLC Lydia Sung - Friday, September 14, 2012 2:54pm (PST) Like +my favourites Extra squad member included for free EA and BioWare really want folks to buy Mass Effect 3 on Wii U, and to sweeten to deal, they're throwing in some paid DLC for free and the Extended Cut stuff. Two separate add-ons that garnered plenty of controversy for different reasons. The first, From Ashes, introduces the Prothean party member "Javik" and a number of extra missions associated with him -- not to mention a good helping of Mass Effect lore and revelations (seriously, take the guy to Thessia). Javik was previously available only through Collector's Edition or as paid post-launch DLC for $10. The latter, Extended Cut, is basically a more in-depth version of the original ending. This bit of content was released for free a few months after Mass Effect 3 came out, in response to some impressive community rage ignited by the game's controversial ending. BioWare previously teased bonus DLC for the Wii U version of Mass Effect 3, though it was Nintendo who dropped the actual details. 	they had 'on disk dlc' that costs 800 points, ppl complained and they said it was not essential to the game but it was. and now they do add it for free for the wii u.

	I want the wii u. I don't want me3. I won't play it until I can play the 1st, and then the 2nd. And as far as I know there is no way to play the 1st unless you have the og copy on xbox, or whatever it was released for. If this isn't true let me know! Its a series I'm interested in.

	the first two games were great, I did not care for the third game and it probably wont be any better on the wii u. But if you got such a hard-on for the wii u then just buy the first two games for the pc. because you are right the first game will never be ported to the playstation 3 or wii u and the second game probably wont either.

	Never played the third one but I loved the first two.....honestly this won't get me to buy a WiiU if anything I'd buy a WiiU for ZombieU.

	The Wii U version of ME3 has a beginning made by Dark Horse Comics explaining the story of the first two and allowing you to make the desisions that effect the story.
