Help Me Identify these pony figures plz

Well, I bought this lot from an ebay vendor. He didn't know what ponies most of the were (just knew fluttershy). Since most of the ponies are old generation, it's harder to identify them, especially since it seems most of them are more minor characters.

Sorry for the crappy quality, and the fact that it is actually discolored (Pink can appear as light purple, blue as purple, etc). It's a crappy itouch 4 camera ~_~

I put in numbers next to ponies needing identification.

Set 1:

I imagine #2 is actually an old model fluttershy (single butterfly as cutie mark), but I'm not 100% sure.
#3 is probably old model rarity.

^6 is bald, I know. I wonder if it and 11 are both old model twilight sparkles, given the star cutie mark. Although Twilight isn't a pegasus, maybe she used to be?

The accessories:

Now, the upper right looks like it might be an old version of Fluttershy's dress?

No idea what the little pink things are....Possibly saddles though? Bit odd, if that's the case XD

Umbrella and lifesaver style raft thing too.

Basically just miscellaneous bric-a-brack >_>

I did know there was only one G4 pony in the series.

I really hope Hasbro comes out with some nice FiM ponies (particularly with non-solid plastic hair XD).
