Valencia Expected To Struggle Without Star Man

Valencia have today announced that they have cleared all of the clubs remaining debt. The club were put under a transfer embargo last month and have had to sell star players to make sure they were not in the red. One of whom was captain Roberto Soldado, who expressed his desire to move away from Valencia when it was announced they were under an embargo. Valencia were unwilling to sell unless the received a 'ridiculous' bid for the striker, and moneybags Manchester City dully obliged and offered a reported fifty seven million pound. Soldado has potentially saved Valencia from going out of business single handedly. After they deal had closed Soldado posted on the Valencia club website.

Valencia fans will be pleased, but also worried that their squad might just not have what it takes to qualify for Europe this season, which has to be the main priority. Still, this is a very good day for Valencia CF, the clubs future is now secure and they now have Liga BBVA football to look forward to.
