Another question, just say if I sign a youth player through the scouting system how will there growth grow ? by sending them out to loan ?

I think the first team squad is good enough to achieve my goal of challenging for Europa league, but I do to need to make some signings to cover for my first team.

I doubt I will sign any more players and I will confirm all the players that have left once the transfer window has closed as I have started a major clear out of dead wood.

Right, I am getting bored of my Career Mode so am going to start a new one and make updates using my vids.

I dont know what team to use though, give my some suggestions of teams not in England, I was thinking PSG (Butty1984 if thats ok)
