Go to Customise FIFA (Correct me if I'm wrong but you will find it in Customise FIFA) -> Edit squads/rosters -> Team management -> Pick the team you want, then go to Formations , choose a formation then press square (PS3) and do your stuff. Either that, or you go to Kick Off, pick a team and do it from there.

I can't do it any more because Hospitality Settings has deleted all my formations and when I try do make a custom tactic my game freezes. Thanks a lot EA.

No. None.

Winnall Upgrading staff just ruined player development imo, next thing it'll be like the Wii were you can just train a player to 99 OVR. The finance was too complicated for a casual gamer and the wage budget system we have now is better. And the sponsors wold only be good if they could go on your kit, but that would mean no licensed kits and I would rather have licensed kits then not just for a little career mode thing that doesn't make too much difference. Just fix the glitches with Manager mode and it's fine, a few small new features lie interviews would be good but I think Manager mode is great as it is just needing glitches removed. Work on Player CM instead.

I think a goood idea would be a reserve team where players can still grow and be picked for the first team as well.

Also if youth and reserve teams had their own leagues and ganes so u could check up on how well players are playing and how well your team cooperates

i would like to see

wind in the game and matches postponed due to bad weather to make it more realistic. it would be better if the wind was optional like handballs.
unlimited seasons in career mode (i only realised recently there were only 15 seasons)
more leagues (blue square etc)
more referees
more balls
more stadiums
better difficulty (the gap between semi-pro and professional is too big. how i can beat liverpool 12-0 on semi pro then lose 2-0 on pro is stupid. there should be a difficulty inbetween
ability to create a team (im sure this was on previous versions and you could use it in manager mode)
2/3 minute halves (sometimes 4 and 5 minute halves feel too long)
