They stay in my Youth Squad for as long as possible and get promoted when I think they'll be rated 60-65 ish, then loan them out or play them in cup games. Victor Jimenez and Goran Gaj (the two from Lazio who aren't on loan) play about 20 games a season now, and the two 17 year olds I recently promoted are up for loaning in January.

In my Napoli save I had great scouted players. I only signed the ones who had an overall of 70+ already at an age of 14, when then kept them in my youth academy untill they were 16, they were at least 69 overall then, so good enough to play sometimes.

	I've only ever had 2 or 3 players promoted at above 65, the highest was Kevin Immers who was promoted rated 68, and Goran Gaj the same. Here's my current Real Madrid Youth Squad.
