Sadly it is not a 2k game, ea has such high production values, but compared to basic gameplay and settings 2k blows it away NBA2k12 has the best Be a Pro mode hands down. Why do i play and season after season this player doesn't play lots i want to leave, i win the cup once then for every goal every year its Become the playoff champion...every year like come on who designed that someone who had 5 hours to write an entire 20 year campaign. its not fun at all i love player manager mode. i think it is soo creative but the fact that there is no international play, world cups or concaf is pathetic they are a muti million dollar company how about spend 1 year on gameplay 1 year on fundamentals. and uefa dlc like i pirate all my pc games so i know i would regret buying fifa and its dlc.

Scott, yeah I know, but that doesn't always work. I make sure to call for the ball every time now and i'm a striker but the goalkeeper still sometimes attempts a pass to our AI defender which then leads to the opposition intercepting and scoring. I think it may be a delay problem. Quite often I find my commands are being delayed by a couple of seconds. I assume it's just the EA servers since they are horrendous. In which case, it has been an inconsistent method for us as a team.

When random defenders with no agility or skill moves juke the shit outta my defenders & midfielders under pressure & finish with a crisp long through-ball out of nowhere = that shit I dont like

How anyone with speed 80+ and agaility/bc 80+ is now an untackalable beast on the wing = more shit I dont like

+= the CPU adjustments have just slowed the game down, legacy defending was designed to be boring

fifa 11 & 12 both scripted...if u play online and u got 4 example a 5 win streak with a average of 4 goals and u loose 1 game, suddenly the next game is imposeble..i mean heavy 1st toughes..a1 players who walk away from loose bals..imposible button lag...with fifa 11 i loose a h2h match with 2-3 i got like 20 shots,while my opponent got 1..i then rematch i win 4-0..this happend to me alot..fight night champion same thing..i think ea is retarted shit for nothing garbage compony..bet fifa 13 gonna be worst..i know lots of people that boycoting ea 4 this reason other ones..realy thinkin off skipping fifa this year.

Exactly. I wish people would stop saying it's not scripted & just acknowledge that it is. It's a scripted/rubberband engine. Your players feel sluggly & unresponsive, you have way less control over your team, most notably your defenders, your defenders run away a lot (or way more often), you get a lot of treadmilling treatment for him to catch up & your game just feels shit. The game just makes it super easy for your opponent. A lot of scripted events. If those who amazingly disagree would just go read some of David Rutter's comments on the IGN website, they provide clues as to why your, i.e, defender will slow down to allow your opponents player to catch up & overtake to get a chance of scoring from nothing. It's in there to narrow the skill gap & thus make the overall experience a lot more competitive for everyone. It gives the much lesser skilled player the chance to beat the much better player. The severity of scripting varies. Have you ever felt the full wrath of scripting against you? You're left goal watching, it's ver near impossible to defend, it won't let you control your defense & often whilst they move/run away to make the game easier for your opponent. If it were to do that when playing against a decent player you've *bleep*in no hope, your only hope would be that the script might heavily shift in your favour at some point during the match. But it can also help the much weaker player grab a result against the much better player. It's EA's push for unpredictability.
