Definately need to raise the game difficulty

Fotbollskanalen: You've had an awesome month with great results, what would you say was the key?
Mr. Andersson: The passing game and Greens dominance between the posts, Kevin Nolan plays a big part in our team with his influence and determination.

Fotbollskanalen: Who was the best player this month?
Mr. Andersson: I would say James Tomkins, he scored 4 goals this month and made a couple of great tackles.

Fotbollskanalen: Your team achieved great results, with the 1-4 win against Manchester United being the most suprising one, how did you manage to grab a win that big?
Mr. Andersson: We never stood still, moving after every pass, we were incredible hard to defend against and it showed in the result.

First transfer period is over and this is my team for now, not the best in the French league, but certainly my Lorient could sneak into first five if I improve in defense. Ahh, defense, always gives me headache!

I bought this E. Villa guy, and I can confirm that he is beast! Amazing header, and scoring skills, but he can assist as well. Must say that I`m impressed!
At this moment Lorient is 10th in the league, but my hopes and goals this season are:
1.Reach semi-finals of domestic cup
2.Qualify in Europa League

What do you guys think? I really want to hear your opinion.
I would appreciate if you would make some suggestions how to improve my team.

MrManager Emanuel Villa is a beast. I had him for West Ham he wins everything in the air and has Poacher specialty so can score a goal out of no were. Good Signing.

Second season team:



I know its basically the original team but im trying to keep it realistic. Berba and Rooney are top of the charts both on 15. Signed Thiago, Walker and Hummels for 20M each. Sold Vidic for 34M in January 2nd season to Tottenham while he was valued high.

2-0 home loss Everton, my 3rd at home so far this season. They scored an early goal but after that i dominated play and had a number of chances to go ahead but Tim Howard was in top form and deserved his MOTM award. They killed my challenge off in the 90th on the counter before Howard made a further 2 stops from Demba Ba efforts. Im now down to 7th after 11 games but only 3 points off 4th place. However, my next 3 games arem City away, United away, Chelsea home After that i have what will probably be must wins against Norwich (a), Swansea (h), and West Brom (h), if im to have a good chance of keeping up with the European places.

i reckon you can pick up a few points against the big teams
just play defensive and counter atttack. works for me
beat city 2-0 with cardiff doing that
