Remarks:
1. Ilunga out for 3 months due to lateral collateral ligament injury, which left me with no LB. (Alaba have to fit into that position that he was not familiar with)
2. Europa league: qualified to next round but only finished in second place. matchup against Marseille will be next.
3. currently 7th in the premier league. (2pts behind 4th place)
4. in my team, leading scorer: Nouble(13 goals) leading assist: Tiote(12)

Could Any Body Please Recommend Good Quality Players For My Second Year West Ham Squad.
And Also Should I sell Fernandinho I Got Offerd 15.5 Mil For Him And His Worth IS 15.
And A good CB To Replace Reid.

In My Previous Season I Finished With 14 GD Yet Still Won The Championship, So I Sold Cole And Sears And Brought The New Front Lineup.
And Really For Pennies.
Fernandinho came for 8 Mil And Coutinho came for 11.5 Mil I Hope It Will Give Me Some Edge As I Am Playing On Legendary and Without Goals They Will Tear ME Apart In The Premiership.

Into November 2nd season with Spurs, had some cracking games. Cavani is proving to be a great signing, 13 goals in 12 games. Champions League gave me PSV, Galatasaray and Real Madrid. Won all 4 games so far but last 2 have been great. Defended like crazy against Real and stole a 1-0 win with Cavani header, was a real battle. PSV took the lead twice against me but Abel Hernandez hit a hatrick with the last on 86 mins. Sandro still unsettled but going differently to Modric so he might stay. Trying to boost Parkers morale but still Orange and Huddlestone has twice asked to leave.

Ok so im nearing the end of February on my West Ham career, first season. Currently 6 points ahead of Birmingham at the top of the table with 13 league games remaining. Im also in the FA Cup Quarter Final were i'l face Aston Villa at home. A tricky tie but as things stand im meeting the board objectives for the season, which were to gain promotion and reach the QF of a cup. Should mean a healthy budget for next season (i wish). Gunna have a real crack at the cup in hope of qualifying for the Europa League next season. I also made a couple of signings in January with a couple leaving.

Sky Sports: Hello Mr. Andersson, what would you say about the pre season, what was good and what was bad?
Mr. Andersson: The good thing about our pre season was that we played really well, the team morale is high at the moment.
The bad thing was our 1-1 draw against SV Ried in our opening game, we took the lead after just 3 minutes but 5 minutes later they equalized and we just couldn't get a second.

Sky Sports: Is there something your team can improve?
Mr. Andersson: We can improve alot in all areas, except for the headers, they're magnificent.

As you can see I made some changes in my squad after few games, when I got more familiar with players on my team and the changes worked great for me!
Richards and Bolder are by far my best players. Richards leads the league in scoring with his 4 goals in 4 games. He has contributed in the League Cup as well.

My defense still sucks but I got just a little bit better, and you can see that by the last two games. 7-0 against Plymouth and a solid win against QPR.
Currently, Burton is 10th in the league but my goal are the playoffs.

And as always, every suggestion, critic and tip is very welcome.

*Can anyone explain me this playoff thing in lower English leagues? I am not familiar with the system.
