General countries you'd expect such as Brazil, Argentina, Spain, etc. Also try some Africa countries, Ghana's given me 4 or 5 85-91 potential players. Argentina's a been my best scouting network though, best player I've got was Jorge Asenjo, rated 71 at age 16, potential to be 95.

	Redjakk1 Can't see why teams aren't loaning your players then, my players normally go to League 1 or 2 teams for the season. I normally get offers in the summer on a season long loan, Not many teams seem interested in my players during January so it might just be a bug or something.
