Best Youth Players - Page 6

16 year old Brazilian goalkeeper rated at 67 with a potential of 83-89 is probably my best find. Using him as my first choice 'keeper so hopefully by the time he peaks he will be outstanding.

Next best is a 66 rated English RM called Robbie Saville. Potential around the 90 mark.

Got plenty of 61s, 62s and 63s all with a max potentials of 91. I play them all as often as possible and most of them actually have good enough attributes to compete with Premiership players despite their lower overalls.

One question though: has anyone ever had a player in their youth academy with a maximum potential of over 91? I never have!

I got an 76, ge had clinical finish and 4 star skills, brazil are the best to get

Got a 17 year old Brazilian in my acadamey called Rocha, Overall 56-60 potential 82-88! Only problem is he's a CM so he has to compete with Modric and Goetze.

Scouting with lower league teams is great. I'm using three 1* 1* scouts as Dagenham and it's fine because I'm not being drowned in loads and loads of youth players that I need to keep on top of.

I've signed about 5 to my youth academy so it's much easier to manage, and I've promoted one to the first team who gets a decent amount of playing time because he's already a similar level to the rest of them.

I think scouting is the way forward for lower league teams; my policy is to pump all my money into developing a youth academy and so far I have spent 0 on transfers and don't intend to spend any more.

i Had a 69 is now 76 after 2 seasons, a goalkeeper from united states, sold my 1st team goalkeeper so he plays every match and is still only 19!!

Players on my west ham save never reach past 80! its so annoying! But on my atletico one, they get 2 90!!!!

He grew by 33 in one season? That's ridiculous, on what difficulty?

I think it's rather unbelievable for a player to grow that much in just 1 season... or the difficulty of the AI is really low so he wins with a lot of ease with a lot of goals wich could result in extremely high growth
