Next report told me he is potential of 85-91 His current ability is 63, I think I will loan him out for the time being because he's not quite good enough for my first team yet.

16 it is, but it depends how much you have scouted him/how long he's stayed in your Youth Squad, his potential might die down a bit. It starts off with a massive range then it gets smaller and smaller the longer you scout him/leave him in your youth squad. That's why I'm so happy with 85-91

Well mine is stuck in there for a good two years lol. They seem to play in a fair few positions don't they?

Just like with the range of current/potential ability the position narrows down as well

Is it possible to use teams from the creation center ? If so how as when I go into career mode there isn't a league for them.

I'm sure the transfer requests are scripted, first Van Persie, then Song and now Wilshere.

Maybe it's the tash that's scaring them away?

But the transfer requests do seem weird, as Sunderland I won the league in the second season on World Class, but then the next year Craig Gardner - my captain - wants away from the club So in the end I have to sell him for a cut price because I'm forced to get rid of him. Very annoying.

On another note, has anyone else noticed that teams who sell players tend to sign them back?? Nasri re-signed for Arsenal, David Silva signed for Arsenal then went back to Man City, Torres went to Juve, then back to Chelsea on mine. There have been a few others I know as well, but I can't think of them right now. It's very odd.
