You don't "add" specialities. They're just badges that denote players which have high values in certain stats without needing to read through his entire info. For example if you want to buy a quality winger who can cross and dribble, look for one with the crosser and dribbler specialities and you'll know his crossing and ball control are 85+. The little badges themselves don't do anything.

Oddly so far in my FIFA 12 Career, I started as Barcelona and have drawn all games except for 2. I won my latest one 4-2 against Villareal, drew 1-1 against Malaga and also surprisingly beat Real Madrid 2-1 in the 2nd leg of the Spanish Cup to win 3-2 on aggregate after a 1-1 draw in the first leg at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Next report told me he is potential of 85-91 His current ability is 63, I think I will loan him out for the time being because he's not quite good enough for my first team yet.

I've got a 14 year old in my youth team with 91 potential. Don't think you can do anything with them until they turn 17 can you?

16 it is, but it depends how much you have scouted him/how long he's stayed in your Youth Squad, his potential might die down a bit. It starts off with a massive range then it gets smaller and smaller the longer you scout him/leave him in your youth squad. That's why I'm so happy with 85-91

Well mine is stuck in there for a good two years lol. They seem to play in a fair few positions don't they?
