I think the idea of managing a world team would be cool, but I'd still like to be able to manage a club team also! So maybe the opportunity to manage a young German national team and then maybe Hertha Berlin for example. You would learn a lot about how the German team played to the point of maybe getting those players over to your club team in this case Hertha. Something like that would be cool. But I think you would have to have had a few years managing and be quite successful to make it realistic enough, you don't wanna get the national coaching job by bring Swansea out of relegation

Players diving, like on PES. And dubious refereeing decisions. Every bad tackle I make on 11 ends up in a foul.

Change the online ranking system completely.

You start off as a level one with only a few minor teams you can play as and say everytime you score a goal you got +100 xp. Once you've reached a certain amount of xp you level up and gain more teams to play as. I think this will make the online mode a lot more competitive and make it more enjoyable because you will be rewarded for winning games etc.

Might have already got mentioned, but don't care. Basically, In Career mode, instead of just choosing to advance, and just flicking through statistics, they should have a first person perspective of the player/manager and a free roaming kind of thing where you walk about deciding where to go and so on. It would make career mode somewhat more intriguing IMO.

I want to play at lower league clubs, where the pitch looks awful and tiny, with the 6 yard box on a hill

Don't think this has been mentioned yet, offsides really need fixing along with the referee decision making.
