New characters and their moveset

BlueLore, I like your idea of BOWSER JR.'s Shell Retreat attack, although I'd rather use the Clown car as a B-up and the brush as a Final Smash.

PwnageMaster67, MEGAMAN could be great in the next SSB, but I think the chances are minor considering the fact that even Capcom abandoned him in Marvel vs. Capcom.

GaTheZakk, ISAAC is definitely a good idea. Although he appears in one game, the game it self is popular and he just doesn't deserve to be an Aid Trophey.

As you guys probably noticed, Nintendo always surprises us by adding a character from classic Nintendo games that is not really a character : MR.GAME&WATCH and R.O.B.
Ever heard of NESTER, from Nintendo Power?
He makes an appearance in Virtual Bowling on the Virtual Boy (which sucks) but he is in fact just the mascot of the Magazine franchise. I think he could be the new "unexpected character".

I also thought about jr using his clown car as an up-b and maybe replace another special move with a paint brush attack,but I thought that having two clown cars in the moveset was too much and I didn't want to scrap the koopa clown car as a final smash,since jr.is using the mini clown car fairly often recently and I wanted him to use some kind of machine as a final smash(since he fights in almost every game with some kind of machine or vehicle),so bowsers clown car seemed to fit,as it is the most iconic vehicle(I also considered an airship attack,but didn't include it)

Nester is indeed similar to rob and G&W,but I doubt they'll include him,because he is simply too unknown,even compared to rob and G&W and he also doesn't look ....uh ....."weird" enough,many people would probably think he is just some random guy

Good moveset but I think two fire attacks are enough.
My version of ridleys moveset would be:
B:Fireball:
Ridley spits a fireball,if the move isn't charged he can spit several of them in a row,but they are extremely weak and fall quickly to the ground.it can also be charged(the charging can be kept similar to samus special move)to fire a bigger,but slower fire ball.

[b]:ridley grip:
Ridley attacks with his claws,opponents close to him are grapped and ridley can fly around with them for a short time,damaging them,while flying.Enemies who are a little bit more away are simply damged.

B^:Jump stomp:
He jumps into the air and then clashes on the ground.

Bv:Tail slap:
He stings with his tail in front of him.If the move is used in the air he will attack downwards,targeting enemies under him.

Final smash:Meta ridley:
Ridley turns into meta-ridley,improving his special attacks,heals some damage, and prevents him from flinching(he still takes damage)
His normal special move becomes the plasma-breath,a strong laser beam fired from his mouth.
When he uses his side-b he rushes forwards until he hits an enemy damaging the enemy and grappling it.
His upB engulfes his claws in flames and creates a fire wave when he lands on the ground and his down-B creates a blue aura around his tail,giving the move more power and more reach.
Of course this form doesn't last forever,after some seconds he reverts back to his regular form.

I also think it is possible,that isaac will use multiple elements.
Sure he is usually monotyped,but he doesn't have to be monotyped and since it is sadly rather likely for him to be the only playable gs-character it would make sense for him to use other elements,to represent the series better(like ness and lucas who are able to use psi energy,they can't use in the games)

that's not really a problem,since isaacs look doesn't change when he changes classes(at least I can't remember anything like that).
Not to mention that he doesn't even have to specialize in psi-energy from a specific class,but could use anything from any class he can access
I mean mario can't be flying mario and fire mario at the same time,but he can still use the cape and the fire ball in super smash bros(and he doesn't even have to change his form)

Mia being a clone of ike doesn't make much sense and her having fire abilities makes even less sense.

I mean yeah ike has the eruption move for seemingly no reason,but that is just one move,all other of his moves are based on the games(except for the great aether more or less).

My micaiah moveset would be:
B:Thani:Micaiahs signature light magic and a chargeable move,a ball of light appears in front of her in the air(over her head) and when you stop charging the move the ball will fall down and explode on contact.
[b]: Purge: A controllable projectile,that flies around as long as you press B.When you stop pressing B,it will shoot a beam of light downwards
B^:Teleport staff:Micaiah swings a teleport staff teleporting over a great distance.While she swings the staff(which she also does when she reappears)she can deal damage to the enemy with it,but the knockback is poor,on par with mr.saturn.
Bv: Barrier staff:Micaiah creates a barrier that lasts for a few seconds.Projectiles won't damge her while the barrier is active and she can freely move during that time.after that the staff has to recharge for a short time
Final smash:Corona-Rexaura:Micaiah uses her ultimate ability together with the ultimate light spell.A large sphere of light will appear in front of micaiah,trapping all enemies it touches,damaging them slightly until it explodes.Enemies hit by the explosion will be marked with light for some time,during that time they will deal less damage than usual.

valaura wouldn't really match micaiahs personality as valaura is a corrupted form of light magic.
Not to mention that thani is more or less micaiahs signature light magic

About your Isaac moveset:
I think you should include ragnarök or odyssey into his moveset since these spells belong to the more iconic venus spells in the series.
