	I doubt it,even though I would like to see bayonetta in the game. The reason why I think bayonettas chances are low is because her guns are her defining weapon. It was already somewhat of a stretch to give snake only explosives for his moveset,but Bayonettas shoe-guns may be too iconic for her to be left out. Anyway I am confused about who has now the rights of bayonetta,since the new game is published by nintendo and the publisher usually holds the copyrights,so has sega sold the franchise to nintendo or is it simply financed by it?

	Game rights aren't all that simple. It all depends on what the publisher/developer agrees upon in their contract. The Bayonetta IP could still be owned by Platinum, and they just get publishers to fund the actual game development. More likely in this case is Nintendo has paid SEGA for the rights to this game, but probably not the franchise as a whole. 	I'm still laughing at how amazing this would be. XD A grind to the butthurt people and an awkward but suitable combatant! I am in FULL support of this suggestion! A stage from the start of the first game where platforms are crumbling and moving around with the moon in the background, with Fly Me to the Moon playing? 	I think it would cool to have Bayonetta in Super Smash Bros 4, I say who cares about whoever owns copyrights, just put her in.

	I've read,that even though the new Bayonetta game is published by nintendo,the rights still belong to sega,so she would be still a third party character.

	Kamiya wants Bayonetta in Smash4. He said it over twitter. It's whether or not Sakurai wants her in but I say that Bayonetta as awesome as she is isn't right for smash (she's much better suited for Sony All Stars) and the Wonderful 101 seem to fit in, of course Bayonetta is extremely popular and is now a nintendo exclusive including any sequels should Nintendo publish them so theres that.
