GaTheZak. No offence, but I don't really like this roster, it seems more like a 'What-characters-I-want-in-this-game' list. BUT! If it is a 'What-characters-I-want-in-this-game' list, its a really good 'What-characters-I-want-in-this-game' list.

Hiya! It's Neo Power again. GaTheZakk, you may be funny without meaning to (and a personal pet peeve, the tendency to whip out vulgar language), but I would have a mind to register you as kind of a friend, you do come up with things I support! And this thread is no exception. Perhaps 75 slots would be quite too much for the next game, if Sakurai does intend to churn out a roster close to Brawl's size. Let's just assume 50's the highest. My new roster will be edited to fit a 50-slot roster, whose characters are naught but Nintendo's finest:

Why,just why would they kick Ike?He is after marth the most iconic main character.
Not to mention why should they replace him with Hector,who is a rather unimportant main chara,sothe who is even less important or kurthnaga who is even less important than sothe and isn't even a main character?
And ephraim is also rather unimportant,as he is only the secondary main protagonist in FE8

Not to mention that it is ridiculous to give fire emblem 6 characters,which is more than you gave mario,pokemon or zelda

Well, I have seen some websites call him "Starfy", but since that's what he's called (In Brawl, mainly) basically, the GBA and DS titles spell "Stafy", that's what I've decided to call him.

He name was Stafy because that's what he was called in Japan and his games were not localized yet. Now that localization happened, his name is Starfy.

12/50 of your characters are bad choices. I'm sorry but this is not a good list.

13. Why would you get rid of Toon Link and add Young Link? TL has been in 6 Zelda games and Majoras Mask Young Link has only been in one. I like the idea of adding YL, but it's very unlikely.
24. Zoroark is more likely, but it would be okay if they add both Zoroark and Lucario.
25. Okay, so you didn't add Zoroark but added Mewtwo, whose already been cut?
32. EarthBound doesn't need 3 characters.
35 - 39. Why would you add 6 FE characters? Half of them are no where near likely.
41. Xenoblade is, if I recall correctly, a third party game.
43. Golden Sun doesn't need two characters and why would you add Felix, who is basically a clone of Isaac?
44. They don't fight, so are you trolling?

I could accept Mii, but Tabuu? Why would a dead final boss be a playable character?

Oh dear, it seems my roster is sparking ire among fellow forum members... Perhaps I should attempt to see if I can have them understand.

Starting from the Fire Emblem section. Apologies if I excluded Ike, but I feel Marth is a more well-wanted sword user. And I also feel having six characters, one who can use each weapon type (sword, axe, lance, knife, magic and laguz power) would properly represent the Fire Emblem universe. And I believe Toon Link is around the same age as Young Link. I doubt there'll be much concern if Young Link fills in Toon Link's slot in the next game. Now for Mewtwo; people have wanted for him to make quite a comeback. And personally, I don't think Zoroark gets much hype as Mewtwo. Fire Emblem had 2 characters when it debuted in Melee, so what's stalling a similar situation to occur in SSB4? Is it the fact that Isaac and Felix are Venus Adepts? There are a sleuth of earth-based moves to pick from, and moves from other elements can be thrown into the mix, so why would one be a clone of another? And Miis do battle, in Wii Sports's boxing and Resort's swordplay. With a resurgence of their playability in current games like NSMBU, Nintendo Land and Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, and their appearances in plenty of Wii and 3DS games, and some select DS titles, perhaps similar may occur in this case. Now finally, Tabuu. He's the type of boss that leaves a big impact upon those that battle him. Not to draw direct comparisons, but Ganondorf's resurrected himself several times, Dry Bowser's managed to hit it off as an independent character and Meta Ridley is Ridley reborn by being constructed into a cyborg. And besides, a proper defeat cinematic wasn't given for Tabuu; all that comes to mind is the Subspace colonies disappearing. Tabuu's aftermath wasn't seen afterwards, so saying he's dead may be just jumping to conclusions.

To conclude, the seen roster can't be the roster Sakurai is planning to use, so let's try not to make big deals out of it.
